Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I had an issue with the new piece fitting it the mount so I emailed them with pictures. They explained I need to lift the rubber piece for sliding it into place. I didn't notice it at first as my old one was different. Once I lifted the rubber tab it fit like it should. The new design seems nicer then the old style. Thanks again.

Great Customer Service
My package was lost in the mail and they reached out and helped me navigate the best course of action. After I attempted many ways to recover my package they sent me a new one with no hesitation! The customer service was quick to respond and friendly!

Purchased 1 mount and action pack for the shoei rf-1400 and when to checkout and it still showed 1 of each and then after payment it showed 2 mounts and 2 action packs went to remove the other set from the order and nothing there praying on people not checking there orders…

Not a great start
Not a great start, placed an order for a chin mount. Then got 30 emails from them with junk. The when they sent me the order confirmation the shipper offered free protection. I accepted the free protection but got charged £69. When I asked chin mounts they said they knew nothing about it even though it was sent from there shipping company. Once I spent over an hour sorting that problem out, I got an email with tracking that didn’t work. When you try contact chin mounts it’s email only and they take ages to reply.

I love chin mounts. Every single time I order a product I am 100% satisfied!! I actually had a recent issue with one of my orders and it was nothing to do with chin mounts. My dog got into my package and destroyed my piece. They were able to compensate and give me a replacement after talking to customer service. I appreciate chain mounts that I recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic product and customer service
Fantastic product and customer service. I've used a chun mount on my Tour x5 for a couple of years now and had no issues at all. The chin mount is minimalistic to say the least. As long as you pre heat the mount and tap its not going anywhere. They do provide a lanyard just in case things did go wrong and that way your expensive action camera isn't hitting the ground. I've just upgraded my helmet to the X5 and as I liked the chin mounts so much I ordered one for that helmet. I'm in the UK and they are in the USA but thats not a problem 👌 and my order was despatched and received in about a week. It also comes with the wipes needed to clean the area your going to fit the mount. I had a little issue with the mout for my x5 but customer service delt with it fast and efficient. Top marks for them. Good product and good customer service. Won't hesitate to order from them in the future. 5***** service.
