First order was delayed THEN they took a 2nd payment from my credit card (without my knowledge / permission) for a 2nd order not placed by me (whilst the first order had still not received) and now won’t return this 2nd payment taken without my consent nor answer emails!!!!

Terrible dishonest company, takes your money and delivers nothing. My order has been sitting at order received for 16 days despite ERAE confirming it’s in transit. Now about to take them to Dept of Fair Trading.
PLEASE do not waste your money.

Erae needs to clean up their return policy and customer service! I had to take photos to send six bottles back ( I don’t remember ever asking for that number). They had to deliberate over the return and wanted me to pay for return shipping! I did not want this order of 6 bottles as I had asked them to cancel my subscription. They set up a subscription for me without notice or ability to easil cancel. DO NOT BUY!

I loved the queen body oil. It made a difference in helping my skin look softer and smoother. I am getting ready order for a second time.

Although it took a while to get the product, I have been very happy with the results. My skin is smoother, more hydrated and I can actually see imprement in my fine lines and crepy skin.

I love my oil. I am using it twice a day and my arms are much better. I recently lost weight and my skin is saggy and wrinkly and this oil helps. I wish there were a whole body oil pump version!

I still find it rather difficult to comprehend quite how thirsty skin can become with age, but the effect of Eraé Queen Oil on mine has been remarkable. My skin simply seems to drink moisture, and I have found that the oil satisfies that persistent dryness in a way that creams, however rich, simply have not.

I have also lost a significant amount of weight, and the skin on my arms in particular has suffered as a result: it is crinkled and has lost some of its underlying firmness. Queen Oil cannot perform miracles, of course, but the overall appearance and feel of my skin are considerably better than I would have expected. It feels softer, more comfortable and, above all, properly nourished.

Using an oil rather than a cream takes a little adjustment, but I now rather enjoy the ritual. The fragrance is lovely without being overwhelming, and the oil seems to sink beautifully into skin that otherwise never feels entirely satiated.

The Erae Paris Queen oil is wonderful; smells heavenly and soaks right into my skin. I have used for a month and can tell a difference in my skin's appearance. Worth it!

At 73 years old, and after losing 62pounds my skin was dry, sagging and creepy. I saw Erae. It has been 6 months, since I ordered my first bottle. My skin started to look softer. I loved how silky it looked. My results were slow but by the 4 month I really started seeing a big difference. Less creepy! I was consistent and I did not expected results overnight. I am so pleased that my skin is softer, silky, even youthful that my grandson said. Grandma, your skin is "softy" and kiss my arms.
I am very happy and grateful for ERAE OIL! Customer service is exceptional and I am pleased they responded to all my questions and emails. I felt That they care for my progress and encouraged me throughout the whole protocol.

I never order subscriptions of any kind. I ordered the product 1 time and don’t even like it. Today I receive a notice that they are shipping 2 more bottles per “ my subscription” which I don’t have! I purchased thru SHOP. What a waste of my time and money!

I believe this oil is helping to improve crepey skin on my arms and legs, and the lines on my face seem softer.

Erae oil is fantastic! I have noticed all of my skin is softer and smoother. But where I really see the difference is my chest area- little lines, like river run-offs marking a dry landscape have virtually disappeared! It’s incredible like I have aged backwards 5-10 years! Plus the smell and feel of the oil is so luxurious - never overwhelming never stick or greasy just perfectly light, subtle and oh so soft!

Absorbs beautifully. Eliminates my snake skin instantly.

Customer service needs improvement. I wanted to return but could never get ahold of anyone. While a nice oil it turned my hands yellow, so be sure to wash your hands. Very strange. Its like a yellow highter exploded in my hand. No smell. Osea is a way better product. Save your money and skip this.

Erae oil works really well, crepey skin disappears!

I love the Erae Queen Oil. When I first saw the add from Erae I was impressed with what I learned. I had been loading my skin twice a day with creams which were not penetrating the top layer of skin. Your oil nourishes the skin by going below the surface to where it is needed. It feels amazing on me and smells great too. Thank you Erae for coming into my life. Best product ever!

My skin feels younger. Springy to the touch!

After one month using Erae my skin became very soft, smooth and younger looking . I stop using all creams and using this oil on all body and face. I’m 60 years old, and my skin is use to very dry and some spots is rough, now it is gone and I have lots of compliments about my skin. The oil fast absorbed and smells great. Thank you!

The feel of the oil is very smooth - not greasy or oily. Very nice. The smell is great and it leaves my skin feeling nice. Not sure if the visible signs of aging are improving, but I will continue to use it.
