Was a very easy process

In 19 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer early 2020 I had my prostate removed and the doctor severed my nerves and I've been having trouble maintaining an erection every sense. I've literally tried everything on the market. And then I tried Q Max one of your employees reached out and asked me how it was working I told him I having trouble keeping it under my tongue and I end up swallowing, and that I was frustrated and didn't want to try it anymore. The representative, was very understanding, and encouraged me to continue treatments. This have never happened with any other treatment programs that I've tried. And this is what I told him. Ok, thank you, and whoever you are, you are a excellent customer service representative keep up the good work. Your attention to customer satisfaction is amazing.

Works just as advertised

Very hassle free experience. I have seen results in the few months using my GLP1. Happy with the progress on dosage and has all felt safely monitored and safe dosage. I have only needed customer support once and was helped with my missing shipping information. It has never been a problem since then. I am still a customer and recommend to anyone looking to start their GLP1 journey.

The product itself did not work for me, which I'm not blaming the product however receiving two shipments from you the product cap was loose so the first shipment one and a half viles were empty the second shipment loose caps and two and a half vials were empty that's the complaint have called customer service with no return call and have sent an email canceling my prescription

Can’t talk to customer service

Did not work as they advertised!! You can't make love all night long when you cant get hard to do it. Not sure if I would recommended it to anyone or my friends.
I do not plan to reorder this product again. AMP

Product not for me

Spent a sizable amount of money for very small result.

The customer service was prompt and responsive throughout the process's from the ordering right through to the delivery. The product, sadly, disappointed. Not only didt it fail to generate the desired effect but also induced sleepiness the whole day after….

This is a scam, I have had to cancel my credit card. I tried calling the phone numbers nothing. I message asking for my money back , then you changed me two more times. Your product dose not work. Dalecubie
