This is a great company to deal with. I filled out a detailed survey, put a full body picture of myself with it & sent it in. A doctor reviewed my info & approved me for the shots. Everything came in the mail. I am on my second round of shots now. I answered some questions, added my weight & received my next 3 months of medicine in the mail. So easy & efficient. Not Perfect But Professionally & Promptly Handled
My first delivery I didn't have any issues. Unfortunately my second delivery there was a broken vial which contaminated with glass and medication, the other two. I took pictures and submitted them along with message. The response time was great and they got new medication sent right away. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Tried to explain that my 3 month order arrived warm - no response - used the chat feature multiple times explaining the ineffectiveness of the current batch - paid $600 and gained 17lbs - customer service is non existent - will never purchase from RX pros or recommend to anyone going forward

RX Pros have so far been the easiest company i have worked with for my GLP1. the website is easy for me to navigate, the shipping has been better than any company. I know exactly when my order is coming. i really like that i have 3 months supply instead of 1 month at a time. I have lost a total of 120 lbs . now not not all the weight loss came from using RX PRO's product. but the hardest thing to loose is the last 25 pounds . i have been able to accomplish that with this company. price is comparable. of course everyone wants to pay the lower price they can get . but you dont always get what you pay for . I have been very happy with RX PROS.

Customer service is outstanding
Customer service is outstanding; this is my fourth month. The product payment options are excellent, this allows most people the chance to actually use the service.
The compounded medication I've had no issues with and the initial consultation with the doctor and one follow up two weeks later were good.
My only complaint at this point is that when I reached out several times- and also had the regular customer service people reach out to the doctor before my second batch of three prescriptions were sent – this would've been months four, five, and six – the doctor never got back to me. I wanted to discuss and learn if the dosages were going to be increased, if there was anything I should look out for etc..
