Julia is incredibly responsive and diligent

Julia is incredibly responsive, a pleasure to work with and is incredibly gifted at her job as she turns around the work incredibly quickly. The responsiveness and intentional updates sent by her really allow you to keep tabs on the process without ever feeling as though you're in the dark or needing to follow up with her. I have worked with other court transcriptionists in the past and Julie is by far the best one I've dealt with to date.

The most important parts were the most well caught

The most important parts were the most well caught parts of the transcript. There were a lot of inaudible parts, mumbling and over talking but near the end of the recording the other party spoke more clearly and made some very interesting statements. Not good for them. This part was caught almost word for word. Great piece of evidence. Thank-you

Amazing

Julie Altieri was wonderful. She was very understanding of my situation. I felt very comfortable speaking with her. She was trustworthy and an amazing person to speak to. She did her job and did it wonderfully. I would recommend her for her professionalism also. Great work!
