ABROC ENTERPRISES INC Reviews

Great experience. Thank you, Mathew Brown, for your help and support. I appreciate your service and would recommend working with you!

I had an amazing experience with this shipping company, Henry was very helpful and walked me through everything along with keeping me informed.
Our transport driver Arsen was the best and got our car to North Carolina in great time:)
I would definitely use them again and the price was very affordable:)

Great to work with. Good communication.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the transportation service from Las Vegas to Utah. The communication and coordination were good, and Henry was helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process.

I found some cheaper options, but I chose ABROC because of their portfolio, reputation, and online reviews. Of the reliable quotes I received, ABROC offered the best combination of price and reliability.

The only issue that caught me off guard was the price increase. I wasn’t expecting the quoted price to change, especially after being told there were no hidden charges, so that was a little disappointing. However, Henry explained the reason for the increase, considering that I needed to transport the vehicle on very short notice. Importantly, Henry did not pressure or force me to accept the higher price. He gave me the option to wait for another service that could provide transportation closer to the original quoted price.

Aside from the unexpected price adjustment, the overall experience was smooth, and I was happy with the service. I appreciate Henry’s help and professionalism and would consider using ABROC again. My only recommendation would be to clearly explain any potential price changes upfront so customers know exactly what to expect.

Service is Great best customer response and problem solving from Houston to Laredo really good service definitely will recommend again

Jacob was kind and respectful in communication and always responded. However, the quote and pricing was very misleading. I knew it would be more than the quoted price BUT I ended up paying two and half TIMES more than the original quote. He stated he didn't know prices were so high, but he deals with drivers, quotes, and final prices every day. It took almost two months for the whole process because of the pricing.

Robert William, easily the best agent out there. Best with communication and making the whole shipping process easy and smooth. I recommended my agent Mr. William to all of my buddies looking to ship their car. I will come back again to Robert to ship my car out at the end of the year.

I recently had a great experience with Jerry at Abroc when shipping my vehicle up to my elderly father. I had a lot of questions, was working with a lot of brokers at the time and had read a lot of troubling information about the process. Jerry was very patient with me, made sure I was comfortable every step of the process, connected me with a professional driver and negotiated a very fair rate all within hours. I would recommend working with him.

I definitely had a positive experience thanks to Frank Miller for going out of his way. Thank you so much.

Thank Frank Miller for helping us with our Lincoln shipment from Richmond To Midland.
I was surprised how quickly you responded my text message during the process. I texted you something during the day, night and all those times you responded right away. I really appreciate you. We got our vehicle today in perfect condition!

Simple move...Atlanta to Phoenix...NOT! Asked to slip delivery from Monday to Tuesday. Apparently, that involves changing the entire interstate movement timetable! Driver left without pickup, new driver loading one car before me...pushed another 24 hours. New pickup up is noon....no make it 2...driver says 3...no back to 2pm...100% try to be at pickup by 2pm. Can you move pickup behind Walmart? What kind of car do you have? Huh? (2020 BMW 430i Convertible) Isn't it on the bill of lading? "BTW, at deliver must have cash! Cash? Well, certified payment method."
Thought I had done due diligence via online reviews. Complete and utter fiasco. Doubt this one will be posted. More expensive but honestly FEDEX is better option.

Robert William did a great job following up and staying in touch

Exceptional customer service and fantastic communication by Robert William! I got a great quote to ship my car to New Mexico, and while my plans changed last minute because I found a local fix here, the experience was smooth from start to finish. Honest, reliable, and professional. I'll definitely be using them next time!"

Perfect service , I told them what I could afford and they found the right price for me that I could afford. Will use them in the future!

Worked with Ivan Adams who was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Very good communication, detail oriented. Made all details clear and met all expectations.

A great experience and if I need vehicle shipping in the future I will definately call Ivan.

From start to finish Adam was constantly checking in and answering any and all questions I had. He followed along the entire process making sure I was up to date on everything. Text and phones calls were amazing! I would definitely refer this company to friends and family. Would not hesitate if I need anything transported in the future to call him! The price did change from the quote but I expected that to happen. However Adam was amazing and brokered a deal that worked for all parties involved.

I had a great experience with Abroc Enterprises Inc. Henry was professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and my vehicle was delivered safely. I highly recommend Henry and Abroc Enterprises Inc. for anyone needing auto transport. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
