This was, without question, one of the worst transportation experiences I’ve ever had.
The driver showed up 25 minutes late without any explanation or apology. He was shockingly rude and disrespectful to my elderly grandmother, which was completely unacceptable.
His driving was reckless, aggressive, and made everyone on board feel unsafe throughout the trip.
To make matters even worse, he refused to stop in Jersey City despite already passing through the area and having every opportunity to do so. There was no reasonable explanation for his refusal—it was simply poor customer service and a complete disregard for passengers.
This company clearly has no standards when it comes to punctuality, professionalism, customer care, or safety.
Everyone in our group will be leaving reviews, and I will also be filing formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory authorities. People deserve to know what kind of service they can expect before trusting this company with their safety.
Avoid this bus service at all costs.
