The most non existant customer service system on the planet
We had left some expensive items on the back seat of the rental car as we dropped it back to the airport location. when we contacted the comany the following day they were extreamly unhelpful in trying to locate those items before they get lost and informed me that the only thing they could do was sent an email and wait for a reply. promising me that someone would respond within 24 hours. no shock... no response. so i called back again and got told the same thing. i was only told repeatly that there was no management in existance (alana must be running the company herself) and that no one else who existed in the company including the people who work at the branch had access to or ownd a phone or any other method of contact other than an email system which no one seemed to even respond to. it seems unbelievable that in 2026 and company operates with no form of contacting staff members within its business other than an email. its been over a week now since and 3 times i have called them back and i keep getting told the same thing over and over again that they will send another email and wait for a responce. not sure how long they need to keep this up for before they admit that they have lost my items or maybe a staff member decieded to keep them for themselves. must be a treasure hunt when cars get returned for the staff to see what goodies they can keep and never return. i think this explains the level you get when choose the cheapest option.... cheapest for a reason. i advise anyone to avoid using this business as you will get a far better customer service from larger companies who wont have a system in place to steal items you accidently leave in the car and have a internal follow up process designed to avoid you getting in contact with anyone to resolve it.
