I booked online for the wrong time and called the office for help. They were about to call me about it too. The ride was comfortable, and they were professional all the way. Plus it didn't cost that much more than a cab. Love our experience!

I am updating this review based on additional customer experiences and the products I received. After a very lengthy email discussion back and forth with Uniwigs, I'm actually amazed at how polite and professional they were as we worked through my package that didn't arrive. Be aware, they do not ship to PO Boxes. You must give them a physical address that can accept USPS orders. It took a long time and a lot of communication to have a separate shipment sent to my sister's address, but it finally happened after about 6 weeks. The Uniwigs staff always seemed to care about why I was frustrated. I felt like they really wanted to help. Fortunately, my shipment was insured by Route. Filing a claim with them was how I eventually received my order. I'm glad I didn't cancel the order because what I received was amazing, right color, high-quality hair, just exactly what I hoped I would receive, actually even better.

I placed an order through the Uniwigs website on Apr 15 but the PO Box was omitted from the address label when it was shipped so the local post office returned my order as undeliverable. I've been working with customer service on it since I discovered it was returned on Apr 24, and there has still been no resolution. The package has been sitting in NY where it was returned to since Apr 27, and despite requests to ship it to another address or refund the cost, nothing has happened. My emails are answered but they are usually to acknowledge that they don't have the package. Surely, there must be something set up within their shipping system that returns undeliverable merchandise to Uniwigs. That seems to be the missing piece. At the very least, I can prove it was never delivered to me. I can't give them a good review because they haven't resolved the issue.

Very grateful they had the music book of clarinet solos I wanted to replace from years ago. It came quickly and packaged well.

Good selections, good coupons and discounts, and simple website. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because you can't tell from the pictures how tall the bouquets are, and you can't see the vases that will fit until you select each item. I would like thumbnails of the vases that go with each arrangement to show under each set. Also, there aren't many filters. I wanted a short, compact, square arrangement, and I never found any although I suspect they're out there somewhere.

Finally happy to find the right walker tray for my mom. The instructions were confusing, but we figured it out with a little bit of study and trial. Soaking in hot water for 5 minutes isn't enough. We put the connectors in hot water and then in the microwave for a minute. That softened them up enough. It is a bit small, but it allows her room to stand inside the walker rather than having to stand back and lean over with other supposedly universal trays. Great purchase!
