the offers provided with the prepaid card sound very good at first, however we had to cancell it due to user unfriendly. first we had to keep prepaid the card which was not a big problem, then we had to check if the cashback prpvided was correct. we use the card to purchase products from B&Q and we were told that the cash back would have been calculated in 90 days. so we had to go back after 90 days to see if the cashback received was correct and equal to 4%. too much work...

I recently bought No8 chairs. When I received them, all of them had some legs shorter than others... They wiggled so much just by pushing them with a little finger.... Requested a full refund and collection of these chairs... The company first tried to offer me some money back if I was going to keep the chairs in the same conditions.. Obviously, after refusing... They told me that the manufacturing company ( Not Furniture Village ) was going to call me to arrange a collection day.... A month is gone, and after phone calls and emails... I still have NOT received any phone call regarding Collection. TO be Note: I placed my order with FURNITURE VILLAGE and not the manufacturing company, so I should expect any communication coming directly from Furniture Village and not other 3rd party.... Very disappointed... Still waiting.. I had to contact my credit card to request a refund.. Furniture Village would not give a refund back until the chairs are collected, but yet they don't come and collect them... Up to you now if you want to trust and buy any furniture from this "STORE".... I will Avoid it no matter what... Customer Service really bad... NO Quality Control done on their products... If you need I can also provide videos of the chairs....
EXTREMELLY BAD... and UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AVOID AVOID THEM
