Customers are not important to them. I ordered two items, they could not complete my order because they did not have the stock. Instead of notifying me, they sent half the order and two days later they told me they didn't have 1 item. I paid for express and for extra care. When they finally got in contact with me saying that my order has been sent, they refunded my money and gave me a $3 something discount voucher. The extra money I spent on the express and extra care was not even taken into consideration. I ended up paying $16 extra because of the fact. Money hungry.. Nutrition warehouse has better customer service and better rewards.

Clear pricing, came on time, and registered for StarTrack notifications via Road Express so even though my item was bulky, I could see it in the Aus Post app the whole way! They've done a lot of thinking about their checkout and website experience, and from dispatch to item delivered, smooth handling.
