I had a great experience in store at Clark’s dalton park store with an assistant called Claire. She went to great lengths to find a court shoe for me only to find she couldn’t purchase it as it was the last pair. Apparently if head office gave only one pair, you can’t buy it. Or something like that. My perfect shoe and I couldn’t have it. Claire was really helpful and tried so hard to help. But Clark’s seem to have other ideas. Thank you for being so helpful and polite.

A very special thank you to Alice in Clarks Grafton Street. You were terrific today. Great advice and really helped me to find shoes that worked for a wedding. You are five stars Alice.

We were served by a friendly and helpful advisor, Rashid. He went above and beyond to help us and is a credit to the Selly Oak store. Very happy and would recommend the store to others.

Clarks Preston on the high street contains Grace who was extremely helpful and took all the labour out of shopping for a need to have item with only a few days before the event. The sense of urgency was great but Grace was such a delight and actually made it enjoyable. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience at the Carmarthen store! Sarah helped us with finding shoes for our little one & also measured her feet. She was so good with our daughter & was friendly and very helpful!

Appalling customer service. Ordered online and part of the order was cancelled because "not in stock". The shoes were however in stock online when this happened. Customer service said reorder however I wouldn't get the original discount in my first order. Complained to customer service and escalated my complaint and Clarks would not honour the original discounted price. Shocking.

I always experience great customer service from the shop. The lady that dealt with me Tas was very helpful. She listened to everything I needed and managed to resolve one of the issues that I had. She worked very efficiently was greeted with a smile and was very polite. Only really leave reviews when I feel that they are deserved this Lady really did stand out from the crowd and is a true credit to Clarks as a shop. We are very satisfied and will continue shopping at Clarks well done Tas. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience at the Clarks store in Northampton town centre today. A special thank you to Charlotte, who was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She patiently helped us choose our shoes and shoe care products, always with a lovely smile. Her genuine kindness and warm attitude made our shopping experience so much better. Thank you, Charlotte! I had occasion to visit Clark’s store in Bath on 10 October 2026 looking to change a pair of boys runners which had been purchased by his grandfather 6 weeks previously and had developed a fault. I had no receipt but Ella went above and beyond to help me. I wish to express my deep gratitude to her and her manager for the way they helped us. Excellent customer service, wish there was more of it.

Great service from Smita lots of help and patience

Went to the GUILDFORD branch on 12/10/2026 with my 16mnth old son to get him his first shoes. We were served by Georgia who was extremely attentive and helpful, managed to get my son to calmly have his feet measured before helping us pick out a pair of trainers and wellies which he joyfully paraded around the store! Very impressed, a standard of customer service rarely seen nowadays.

Rashid was very helpful and friendly. He gave me excellent service and made the shopping experience really pleasant.

Good customer service, threw in a couple of extras for less than the shoe cost, altogether. Rashid was pleasant to interact with.

I visited the store on Westfield Stratford today and had a great experience. When making my way to the counter to ask to try a couple of pairs of boots I was greeted by a happy and helpful Hemi who when above and beyond to help me find the right size (including measuring my feet, something I don't think I've had done since a kid) and trying insoles to get the right fit in a desert boot.
The exact boot I wanted wasn't in stock but was ordered for delivery at home with ease and we took the insoles, a wax/oil balm and they had a 3 for 2 so my wife picked an umbrella.
Hemi was super helpful and made the whole experience above and beyond with their service and standout from the other stores we visited.

I recently purchased two pairs of trainers from Clarks, the Brockwood Lace Olive and Motion Trek PT Dark Tan Lea, both in size 11 wide fit, taking advantage of the Buy 2, Get 20% Off offer.

I’m very pleased with both pairs. The quality and fit are excellent, and the wide fit option is comfortable straight out of the box.

What impressed me most was the delivery. My order confirmation gave an estimated arrival date of 30th September, but the trainers actually arrived the very next day after ordering on 25th September. That was a pleasant surprise and far quicker than expected.

Great products, excellent value with the discount, and outstanding delivery service. I would happily order from Clarks again and highly recommend them.
