Always room for improvement. That being said Kathrine was amazing. She took the time to talk through the process and she was very responsive, helpful and she is very nice.

Had a great experience with the shipping company second time using them, third vehicle transported with no issues. This time I scheduled them at the last minute 2:30pm from North Carolina, still gave me a great price and got my vehicle by 4 AM, Lakeland Florida. My car is in perfect condition. This type of service is hard to find without getting scammed or your property being damaged. They are my go to.

My agent, Shaun, was on top of his game. He followed up with dispatcher and driver to ensure prompt delivery. He delivered on his promise.

They took money$207.00 out of my account no information just codes no phone reference. I left messages I talked to several people and still no return call. I am tired. I am old living kn my retirement. Why would you rake money from a old lady.

Dallas, Texas to Indianapolis, Indiana, United States Auto Shipping delivered my Honda Civic in 7 days after I purchased it from a Copart auction. $949. This price was comparable to every other delivery company. However, the customer service was excellent. I spoke to at least 4 different people at United States Auto Shipping and they were all helpful and pleasant

This company tells you they have drivers ready to transport your vehicle for a very reasonable price. After you sign the agreement you are notified they have no one in the area and that the price to transport the vehicle will be substantially higher. IF you cancel there is a an agreement cancellation charge. This is a classic bait and switch scam. Beware!

This company is a total FRAUD! They will quote a price then call you on pick-up day and tell you their driver canceled and the new driver is charging 2-3 times more than the original quoted price.
TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!!
