ZERO STARS! They DIDN'T PUT HOUSE NUMBER on parcel address - I discovered this by researching. Tried to deliver 2x? Received email stating parcel was Delivered on 3/12/2025, however, PHOTOS were of WR... See more

If I could give zero stars I would…
If I could give zero stars I would ..the worst delivery system.Traveled back and forth across Melbourne for 3 weeks.Correct address, but it was marked as ‘invalid address’
Parcel has now been ‘sitting ‘ somewhere in our suburb for 3 days..
Absolutely terrible business to deal…
Absolutely terrible business to deal with. Do NOT use. The delivery driver didn't even knock on my front door. The delivery driver actually put my package in my next-door neighbours Letterbox instead of mine. As we have similar numbers im 12 next door is 12A. They are NEVER home and I don't even talk to them. According to the person that I have been emailing today September 30th its pretty much my FAULT that they didn't look at the Letterbox address and the address on the package. So now I don't know IF im going to get my package or not ? I have let the business know that I got the package from BUT they are so swamped with emails it could be 3-5 days before they answer my email.
Very disappointed with the delivery…
Very disappointed with the delivery service. The tracking was extremely unhelpful and showed no updates for several days. The parcel was marked as ready for delivery in Clayton South on 26 September, but there were no further tracking updates and I had no idea where my parcel actually was or when it would arrive.
When the parcel was eventually delivered, the driver arrived in what appeared to be a normal personal car with P plates rather than a clearly identifiable delivery vehicle. The parcel was then left sitting exposed on top of my mailbox, rather than being placed somewhere secure or out of sight.
If I had not been home at the time, anyone walking past could have easily taken the parcel. Considering the parcel was already delayed and difficult to track, I expected a much more reliable and secure delivery service. The lack of tracking updates and the way the parcel was left made the whole experience very frustrating.
Two recent deliveries to the wrong address
Two recent deliveries and twice delivered to the wrong address. They are hopeless and do not care.
Not even 1 star
Not even 1 star, took 21days my items never arrived, attempted wrong address, unbelievable, delivery again wrong address , waiting to do other delivery, I never even got that kind of delivery before, ! I never ever order for the company that use this service again,
Zero stars
Zero stars! Do not trust this delivery company. They said my package was delivered however there was no attempt at even ringing the door bell. We have a parcel box big enough for large items but i highly doubt they even attempted to put my package in there. After reading reviews on this company it seems they only have delivery drivers who are too lazy to walk up to the front door! MicroExpress are a untrustworthy company and I do not recommend their services to anyone - unless you want your packages to go missing!
They don't deliver in a timely manner if at all.....
They don't have a listed phone contact number. They don't answer emails sent. They don't deliver parcels during normal business hours (late at night when everyone is asleep). They couldn't deliver a t**d in a toilet. Seriously avoid using them at all costs, even your worst enemy is too good for these muppets.
These people are horrendous.
Yeah, this company needs to get evaluated. I live in extremely close proximity to the depot, and they’ve had my item “onboard ready for delivery” for 10 days and counting, I ordered a shirt and hoodie for gods sakes.
I’m genuinely expecting my order to never arrive, because it’s just ridiculous at this point, such an incompetent last mile service, with couriers that wonder why they get paid minimum yet can’t do the bare minimum of basic service.
If I could give this a 0 stars, I would, because I haven’t even been able to get a package. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they said they’ll deliver my package tomorrow, as of last Friday, that is - now they’re too terrified to respond. Genuinely, who is keeping these people in business?
My parcel was delivered at my home on a…
My parcel was delivered at my home on a Sunday morning. We have easy access to the front door but instead it was left on the boot of my car at the bottom of my driveway, only a few steps from the road when we were home. Lucky it was still there when we went out that evening. Do not use this company. No phone number to contact them with in South Australia.
THE WORST COMPANY
THE WORST COMPANY
They do not deliver packages, their drivers steal them. If they do deliver, then they leave the package outside on the street because they deliver at all hours of the day. I have had packages delivered at 11pm to a business address. Obviously we were closed! I have had other packages delivered, but they were not received.
Probably the worst experience i have…
Probably the worst experience i have had with a freight company, attempted to deliver my item a month ago which was a lie, as i was on the premises all day, they never attempted to re deliver item still sitting at there warehouse, you can’t ring them as there is no phone number, they don’t respond to emails as i have sent several emails demanding my item, i’m just cut my loss’s, if i could give less than one star rating i would. Don’t deal with this garbage company.
Worst courier company ive ever come…
Worst courier company ive ever come across. Said they attempted delivery when I was home, returned my parcel to an unknown location. No customer helpline, no customer service, no address. Absolutely pathetic
Shit company
Shit company, Indian driver leaving delivery on footpath outside a business when the business is open.
A good experience & good service
I decided to go to the Depot at Hindmarsh in SA to pick up my parcel. Served by a lovely friendly lady who found my parcel immediately. A good experience.
Shocking delivery
Shocking, delivered late at night and just chucked against the house, no ringing of doorbell or anything! Do better, good job it wasn’t a breakable item.
Could not care less about your parcel
Delivered to a business address (9-5 Monday to Friday) and left the parcel on display in a busy shopping precinct on a Saturday night. Unsurprisingly it vanished but apparently that is all just fine
Rated 1 star because trust pilot…are absolutely @*&%$#-ing useless
Rated 1 star because trust pilot wouldn't let me select 0 stars.
My 3 to 8 day express delivery of 3d printer parts took just over a month for starters.
Secondly, the local delivery agent's idea of "left in a safe place" needs some percussive education to be applied. Whoever the knuckle-dragging moron was seemed to think that throwing a cardboard document envelope of sensitive electronics into the mud under the bushes in my front yard during a heavy rain storm, hidden behind vehicles would be "safe"!
Luckily I found the parcel about 24 hours later... so yeah, the 3d printer parts had sat in the mud and rain for 24 hours before I was able to rescue my package and start to dry it out.
Perhaps hiring delivery drivers who have an ounce of common sense would help the company with their terrible reputation? I mean, what person looks at a cardboard document container and thinks it'd be ok left in the mud and rain where it can't be seen rather than place it next to the front door under cover of the front porch where it can be both seen and actually safe?
Unfortunately this isn't the first incident of this kind I've experienced. I've found parcels in my driveway under my 8 tonne truck - only noticed that one after I reversed the truck out and the parcel got snagged on something and dragged so I stopped and crawled under the truck to rescue it. Also had parcels clearly marked as fragile crushed to fit into my letter box, and another simply dumped in the street out front of my property.
Suppliers in China would do themselves and their businesses a huge favour if they stopped using iMile all together!
Zero stars
Zero stars. Drivers have a total lack of respect for themselves or anyone else’s personal. Video footage shows the delivery person launching two parcels at my front door. Very disturbing to see when there are delicate glass objects inside the packages. Put the freaking phone down you don’t need to be carrying a phone and talking on it while you’re delivering packages. And have some respect for people‘s houses and the packages that you’re delivering. If this is what humanity has come to I’ve lost faith.
