We just had the pleasure of getting an airport transfer from Isko, and what a great experience it was! Considering it was our very first airport transfer with our children, it was definitely an experience to remember. Our driver Isko was such a lovely person, polite, kind and funny. Car was extremely clean too. Thankyou so very much Isko, we appreciate you very much!

Unfortunately, our experience with HD Cars Global was very poor. We had booked an airport transfer from Melbourne Tullamarine through Booking.com. After a journey of 24 hours from Rome to Melbourne, they left a family of 4 including an infant and a toddler stranded at the airport. The problem is that they arrive at your landing time and wait no longer than 45 minutes. Realistically 45 minutes is not enough to disembark go through border force, customs and luggage pick-up, and head to the pick-up area. It makes more sense if they planned their arrival later or allowed more waiting time. The driver Isko said he made efforts to get in touch, in reality he sent me a WhatsApps message with directions at 22:17. We landed at 22:05 and then a message saying he was leaving at 23:22. To me reasonable effort is a call before you leave. Two minutes after he told me he was about to leave, I called saying we were at the meeting point, but I had no reply.
The service received was very poor, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommended them to anyone or use again.

We had a fantastic time with Isko and his secretary Betty! Easily one of the most comfortable and fun car rides we have ever had. 5/5 stars

Ran half an hour late picking us up a week ago and the vehicle details amd rego didn’t match the details provided through SMS. Despite this, we booked a return airport transfer several days ago for $130. HD Cars Global just cancelled on us with no explanation 8 hours before our flight home. We have been forced to re-book at short notice at a cost of $300. Putrid.

My driver was Isko and he was punctual, warm & entertaining. I got to my hotel so quickly because I did not feel the time passing. I really appreciated that I did not have to wait for my car like the last time I arrived and waited in the windy outdoors. Bravo, Isko, for excellent service.
