I honestly don't know where to start with Fraserway because, from our very first contact with them right through to returning the RV in Calgary, the customer service was first class.
We've been planning this RV trip through the Rocky Mountains since 2020. Then COVID happened and, like so many other plans, everything had to be put on hold. When we finally started reimagining the trip for 2026, Fraserway were fantastic again. We had loads of questions while planning the trip and they were always helpful and responsive online.
This was also our first time driving an RV, which added a bit of extra pressure, particularly knowing we'd be driving on the opposite side of the road to what we're used to in the UK. As it turned out, we needn't have worried, but having a company behind you that clearly knows what it's doing makes a huge difference.
From the moment we arrived at the Vancouver branch, the staff were brilliant. The young blonde lady who looked after us was fantastic. She answered all our questions, talked us through everything and even suggested that we increase the mileage we'd booked because she thought my original calculation was a little undercooked.
Boy, was she right!
That was one of those moments where you realise you're dealing with people who really know what they're talking about. They've clearly been doing this for a long time, and the staff seem to be trained exceptionally well.
The RV itself was excellent. We had a relatively new Adventurer with around 14,000 miles on the clock. It was comfortable, easy to drive and, despite being a sizeable vehicle, surprisingly straightforward to operate. The Adventurer range is clearly the workhorse of British Columbia. You see them absolutely everywhere, and after driving one for a couple of weeks, I can understand why.
We had one or two little glitches with things such as the cruise control while we were on the road, but a quick call to the Fraserway support team and we were talked through what to do. It was sorted almost instantly. Having that level of support when you're several hundred miles into the Rockies is hugely reassuring.
Even the dreaded sanitary dump turned out to be nothing to worry about. It's something you probably don't particularly look forward to when you've never done it before, but the whole process is surprisingly straightforward once you've been shown what to do.
And the service didn't stop when we left Vancouver. We dropped the RV off at the Calgary branch and the staff there were equally as good. Friendly, professional and helpful, which made the whole process of handing the vehicle back incredibly easy.
That's probably what impressed me most about Fraserway. The quality of the customer service seems to run right through the company. It's not just one brilliant member of staff at one particular branch. The same attitude was there from Vancouver to Calgary and with the support team we dealt with on the road.
This trip had been six years in the making, and Fraserway played a massive part in making sure it finally happened the way we'd hoped.
For anyone from the UK considering their first RV trip through Canada, particularly if you're nervous about driving an RV for the first time, I'd have absolutely no hesitation recommending Fraserway.
First-class vehicles, first-class support and, above all, first-class customer service. We genuinely couldn't fault them and I'd happily use Fraserway again.

Rented a converted van RV from Fraserway. First of all a super friendly staff which made it a pleasant experience. And that includes the lady who checked us in and the one who showed and explained the RV. While returning the van they were even more friendly and not at all trying to find an issue with RV to rip us off. We asked them to show us some RVs for the future rental and they were very happy to do so. Overall great customer experience with staff.
The RV itself was great.
This was our first RV experience and we are glad we chose Fraserway.

Went in for a part for my tent trailer and Doyle not only found a part for me but then gave me the part wow! The welcome was great when we walked in the door. A woman with captivating eyes led us to the parts counter
Great service and great staff.

Worst buying experience of our lives. Ordered a new motorhome but they were unable to deliver. Poor communication, no customer service and totally bad attitude. Cannot recommend Fraserway RV to anyone.

I describe my experience over two rental experiences with Fraser RV as a product that wants to be an experience company, but chooses to be a rental company at the customer's expense.
When checking reviews, you'll have to differentiate between rentals and sales for yourself.
For Rentals
-Inconsistent when it comes to maintenance of their vehicles.
-Customer Service is heavily dependent on who is working, and their communications are heavily dependent on written messages and emails.
Fraser RV rentals main focus would be the use of Adventurer Manufacturing RV units that can be described as a mid to low range in terms of value. They have most of the features one might expect from RV camping, such as showers, washrooms, kitchenettes, and sleeping areas that have a "90s" decor. They have relatively little experience in terms of Class A models, and their staff are not familiar enough with this type of vehicle to discuss or address concerns.
First Trip
For my first trip, I noted a strong urine odour coming from the RV mattress. If someone cared to even press down on the mattress, I suggest this smell would have been detected. Unfortunately, and despite having service and parts department, Fraser RV could not offer a replacement mattress at the time. I also noted that the black tank valve could not be fully closed, and there was mess jumping out at me every time I set up at a camp site. Again, I suggest that this problem was readily obvious to an RV rental company, and was deliberately left unaddressed or completely neglected.
Next, at some point during the trip, the coolant leaked completely from its reservoir. I contacted Roadside Assistance, and a technician was able to attend to verify all the lines remained unbroken. I had to pay the technician from my pocket, and additional coolant to refill what spilled out. While I am thankful I did not own the vehicle, and was not responsible for its regular maintenance, I would have at least ensured that the cap was in working order to prevent the coolant from being pushed out under pressure in this manner. Again, I suggest that this problem was readily obvious and avoidable, and an indication that staff are emphasizing production at the expense of customer saftey.
Lastly, and least serious, I noted that the RV was missing its rack for its convection oven, and I wasn't able to enjoy that function entirely.
Second Trip
For my second trip, I rented a Class A Coachmen Euro. I note that this vehicle was considered a step up. Sure enough, I took a tour of this model, and the decor was modern, and featured a slide out. But this vehicle also had maintenance issues. I wasn't able to charge my phone from the front as the power plugs for the driver and passenger side did not function.
I also noted that one of the kitchenette shelves did not open or close properly, and another shelf opened and closed inappropriately during transit. Sadly, the propane stove and oven did not operate normally, and was unable to come to temperature within a reasonable period of time. Also, the unit's shower mixing valve was not proper as it was difficult to control the water temperature. Lastly, and least serious, the floors were dirty at pick up, and my party had to clean them repeatedly.
For a "luxury" classed RV model that was priced accordingly, these maintenance issues were all readily discoverable by service and parts staff, and completely neglected. In the end of this second trip, these issues were described as "no big deal". Also, the staff threatened to apply a cleaning fee for my dog's drool on the dash that dried up and probably would come out with a bit of elbow grease. Fraser RV Rentals already charge extra for pets.
When things go wrong, Fraser RV Rentals in Leduc emphasizes that they are a rental company, and their first choice is not to compensate for the poor experience despite billing for what is presumably a more extravagant class of model. Instead, they ignore how their own maintenance issues chip away at your experience.

We rented an RV in Whitehorse, the car and camper were nearly new. The car, Ford F 450 6.7 Diesel was great, the camper itself was from a poor quality. Waterhose not usable, display dark and grey water did not function, citywater was not working at all, several screws were not well fitted, to empty the dark and grey water first you had to deal with at least one liter dark water which came out before opening the handle. After a ride I saw something was wrong with the connection bar of the camper to the car, even that we checked these every day it was not fitted to the car anymore, pretty dangerous.
We told these things to the rental people and the only thing was sorry and why did you not clean the camper from the outside. We have been traveling all over the world but never was asked to clean the outside, the reason seems to be to check the possible damage but we had a full insurance so that would not make any difference. We were asked to send a review to Fraserway as we did but did not receive any reactions.
We never got any answer even when I send another mail with my complains as asked by Fraserway

We had a few issues with the RV, but other than that, the whole experience was wonderful. I would especially like to thank Abdel Sabri, the Rentals Manager at Four Seasons, for the outstanding customer service he provided. Abdel was very understanding, listened carefully to our feedback, and made sure our concerns were acknowledged. He also arranged our return journey back to the hotel, which we truly appreciated. His professionalism and kindness turned a challenging situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Abdel, for going above and beyond!

Fraserway RV - Bedford:
Undisclosed History: I bought this unit with the understanding it was brand new, yet it showed clear signs of being previously handled, likely used as a trade show and sales show model before purchase.
Pre-Delivery Neglect: Your team failed to perform mandatory lot maintenance and reporting during the time it sat on your sales lot. Most egregious of all, another certified dealer discovered the unit was never even caulked from the factory—a critical checklist item your prep team completely missed.
Warranty Failures: My unit has been in your shop multiple times, yet I discovered your service department repeatedly failed to log my warranty information into the system, leaving me with no official corporate service history.
I am not refusing to work with you. I am refusing to accept "lip service" from a dealership that has neglected this unit from day one.
I hold a comprehensive paper trail of time-stamped emails sent directly to you, your Vice President, and your CEO detailing these exact failures. I also possess extensive photo documentation of the issues of damage and neglect to correct them satisfactorily.
The breakdown isn't my lack of cooperation—it is your dealership's lack of accountability. Check your inbox for the photos and emails already sent. I welcome a response once you have a real plan of action to address these verified failures

In the summer of 2024, we rented a C-Small motorhome from Fraserway RV in Leduc. The vehicle handover was handled very thoroughly and in a very friendly manner by Elke Crepaz, and to our great delight, she even spoke in German. Returning the camper was also completely hassle-free. Based on our very positive experience with Fraserway in Leduc, my upcoming milestone birthday in June, and our 45th wedding anniversary in July, we've decided to book another Fraserway motorhome for four weeks this year through our automobile club, the ADAC, for June and July. We're really looking forward to seeing the Fraserway team in Leduc and Elke again, to a wonderful time in Canada, and last but not least, to a beautiful Fraserway C-Medium motorhome.
Best regards to the Fraserway team in Leduc from Germany, Sabine and Jan

For the second time I had my truck camper serviced at FW in Airdrie. Truly an above and beyond service experience. Upon inspection using the new seal tech machine it showed several tiny leaks, which the swift-thinking team photographed and sent to the unit manufacturer. Even though my camper is out of warranty, they pressed the point and the ENTIRE BILL for leak repair was covered 100% by the manufacturer. Not only that, but now my windows and door are correctly sealed and I have full confidence in this unit. I highly recommend this team and trust whatever they say 100%. They have clearly demonstrated to me their commitment to genuine customer care. I will be back for sure for all maintenance work.

My son and wife purchased a new hard top from Fraserway, Bedford, NS. The service there has been terrible after the sale. When picked, they had not cleaned any of the unit inside or outside. The did a quick overview of the unit and then brought it home. Then noticed some defects on the unit and took it for warranty work. Before the clerk even check on any of it she is saying might not be covered. What! Turns out it is covered it is brand new unit. She needs training on what and what not to say. Then when it is taken down to Bedford for the warrany, they are taking the entire canvas and sending to have repaired. Then they are saying because they are building a new building they will not have space to store there for the 2 to 3 weeks until the canvas is back to put back on the unit and we will have to come pick it up and take back home. At now time was there a mention that they have a storage lot that they can put it on or give that option. We learned that after calling them on the phone and the person we talked to is then saying, they were accommodating us by taking the unit as quick as could to be repaired. Excuse me, accommodating us, it is the unit you sold that is defective and you are saying you are accommodating us? Of course we want it fixed. It was purchased in August of 2025 and you were not back about the repair until March 2026 and that is accommodating us? Of course we want it done before camping season. We purchased this unit new, not used so seems we were accommodating you by purchasing the hardtop and not there for another year with your place selling this unit. I would not recommend this dealer or Fraserway to purchase your RV there are many others in NS with far better service than this one. Plus the service reception person there needs a lesson in communication, putting the responsiblity or saying to us that you are accommodating us by getting this fixed as quick as possible. Isn't that the goal when you are selling new units and your motto of Fraserway Difference, good service or maybe I read the meaning of that as bad service is the differnce

Fraserway is our go to company for RV rentals. We have used them for years and promote them to all who will listen. Honest straightforward information and service. If there is a deal to be had your representative will let you know. The rigs are first class. We have only had one issue and it was caused by us not the rig or the company. All the best with the new Quebec venture. Allan and Angela

Hello Justin,
I thought I would pass along my experience with your department at Fraserway. I have dealt with FW twice in the last year, and both experiences were subpar (unfortunately).
I own an Earthcruiser FXX that has a Carefree Awning that was not working. We made an appointment to have the awning repaired, as you are listed as a dealer. We brought in the truck on June 9th and were told that it would take about a week to 10 days. That was continually pushed until we picked it up on July 2nd. We did not mind as we did not have immediate plans for the truck. What I did mind was that only half the work was completed - the motor was replaced, but the arms that extend out were stuck. I asked to have those pulled out before we left, but the mechanic refused to do it.
We took the truck across Canada, and on that trip ended up in a couple of rainstorms. That was when we found out that our truck had a new leak somewhere in the roof. The only thing that had changed was the work that was done by Fraserway. I decided to bring it back to see if it could be dealt with.
I sent direct emails to the women that I had dealt with the first time (Leah and Madison in early October) and received no replies. I then tried the general webpage "contact us" on Oct 17th and tried again, but nothing. I ended up phoning and made an appointment with Keenan. In the beginning, he was great. I explained the situation and dropped the vehicle off on October 25th, 2025. I was told a week or 2, and it would be ready. The idea was to identify the leak and if it was a consequence of the awning repair...or not to get it fixed. I was told it would be ready on Nov 7th - I wasn't. My wife and I had plans for the truck later in November, and I needed the repair done. Finally, I was told Nov 14th it would be done and to call on the 17th to arrange picking it up. I called Monday morning and made sure that it was ready, and due to my wife being out of town, made arrangements to get dropped off. I showed up, the truck was brought around, and I was going through the work order to pay. I was instantly confused because beside each of the jobs that I had agreed to have done, there was a zero in the hours worked. After some back and forth it was realized that nothing had been done - zero!
I will summarize - I waited nearly a month to have zero work done on the truck and was told to that it was ready. To top it off, I had been dropped off and had no way home. Needless to say, I was extremely angry and after being told that a mechanic would be pulled off another job and work would start immediately, I walked over to Tim Hortons. After sitting at Timmy's for a bit, I realized that whatever caulking was being used there, is no way it would dry in 2 hours, and it was pouring rain out. I called the service department, confirmed this to be true, and asked if they could send a cab so I could get home in Mission. I was told to grab an Uber, keep the receipt, and I would be reimbursed when I came and got the truck in 48 hours.
I was not able to make it back out until Saturday, Nov 22. I had to deal with a very sullen Keenan, who refused to pay for my Uber fare as I received 5.5 hours of work on the truck and was only being charged for 1. There was no one to show me what had been done in that 5.5 hours and after going up on the roof and inspecting the house, I saw no new caulking or work of any sort done. I was not going to argue with him. I grabbed my truck and left.
To add insult to injury, we headed out to Tofino the following day, and the leak is still there.
Very unimpressed, Rich
Since I wrote this email, I have spoken to the service manager, Justin, who made a bunch of excuses. I am still waiting for a reply email that I sent him on Dec 29th. He asked me to bring the truck in. I responded with "what are you going to do for us as the first 2 experiences were not exactly positive". I still have not heard anything.

This was my fifth time renting with Fraserway RV, and once again everything was fantastic! The staff are always friendly, professional, and make the process quick and easy. The RV was spotless, well-equipped, and performed perfectly throughout our trip. Every experience I’ve had with Fraserway has been consistent and reliable.
I wouldn’t rent anywhere else. Highly recommended!

We sold our RV to Fraswerway Rv in Kelowna to the manager Chris Cylne. We dropped off the keys on October 19, 2025 and they received our transfer paperwork on October 30. We sent them also the wire transfer information on that date to credit us. We have called him and left text messages to him numerous times and no response. Occasionally he would respond and say he sent in the wire transfer the day before. (November 4). We still had not received anything so I called the Abbotsford Dealership to get this going. I explained that we needed the money and we were told it was already done. Unfortunately it was not. I spoke with the manager there and he said he would personally get it done. It is now November 14, (2 weeks later) and I still have not received my money owed to me. Do not deal with this company at all. They do not communicate properly with you nor give you the money that is rightfully due to you. Very questionable business practices and unprofessional managers.

One of the best Rental Stations in North America I have been visiting. Only the pick up shuttle stuck in traffic but with Uber no problem. Very welcome was Thomas from Germany who took our rental back. Good to know, they have a shelf for goods which left over and save us at least 50$ for the first shopping and you don't have to throw away anything.
