Kitchen Tap

Bathware Direct were wonderful to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a slight problem with the filter in our tap and we got the replacement within days.

The prices where also so cheap and affordable!

DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND
I placed an order with this company on 26nd June and, since receiving the initial order confirmation, I have had absolutely no further communication.
I have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking details, despite waiting well beyond the expected timeframe. I have also made multiple attempts to contact the company by both email and phone, leaving several messages, but I have received no response whatsoever.
The complete lack of customer service and communication has been extremely disappointing. At this point, I have no idea whether my order has been shipped, delayed, or even processed.
I understand that delays can happen, but keeping customers informed is the bare minimum. Ignoring emails and phone calls is unacceptable and has left me with little confidence in this business.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their communication and customer service so other customers don't have the same frustrating experience.
edit- contact was made via email. They said they had freighted the order, NOT TRUE. Freight company didn't have my order and directed me back to this company. They have excuses and false promises.

Bathroom time

Great company. Delivery is quick. They are helpful and will go out of there way to advise. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone.
