Fast delivery
Fast delivery, well made table but unfortunately my 1500 piece jigsaw didn’t fit it was about one piece short. This could be in your measurements as the work space in your measurements is from outer sides not the actual inner puzzle space. Lucky I had a larger flat puzzle board that I could lay on top of table. Otherwise everything else works just fine. Maybe you should have two measurements both inner and outer.

Very poor
Very poor. Having bought a bed I then paid close to $500 for freight only to be informed that it couldn’t be delivered to my address. New address provided and it still took a fortnight to even leave the shop.

We’re sorry for the delivery difficulties with your bed. Unfortunately, delivery of oversized items is limited to metro addresses. We understand your frustration, particularly after paying close to $500 for freight and providing an alternative address, and apologise for the delays in dispatching your order. Thank you for your feedback.

Happy with the price and quality of my new shower screen. What I wasn’t happy about, was it being left in a walkway in my apartment complex without any notification of its arrival.

We’re sorry your shower screen was left in a shared walkway without any arrival notification. Thank you for your feedback—it’s good to hear you’re happy with the quality and price, but the delivery experience matters too. Please contact cs@factoryfast.com.au or 1300 760 441 with your order details so we can follow this up with the courier.

What a fantastic result for your ensuite, Carl! Sliding shower screens can make such a difference in smaller bathrooms, so it's wonderful to hear yours has created a more spacious, modern feel. Even better that installation was easy and delivery exceeded expectations. We really appreciate you sharing your experience!

The chair I ordered arrived quickly and was everything I was expecting.
The only unfortunate part was a 2cm chip out of the wooden base. Probably occurred during shipping, so better packing is required for long distance delivery.

We're pleased your reclining massage chair arrived quickly and met your expectations, Deborah. It's disappointing, however, to hear about the chip in the wooden base. We appreciate you highlighting the packaging concern, particularly for longer-distance deliveries. If you haven't already contacted us about the damage, please reach out to our team so we can review the issue. Thank you for your balanced and constructive feedback.

What a lovely review to receive! We're especially happy that the quality, sturdiness and safety features of your wall bed have impressed you. Your kind words about our staff mean a great deal too. We work hard to provide helpful, flexible service, and it's rewarding to know that made a difference. Thank you for your confidence in us, and we'd be delighted to welcome you back!

Happy all round with my purchase.
I was extremely happy with the quality and the price of the chair desk I bought, it is just what I wanted. It works really well and still can't believe how reasonably priced it was. Delivery was excellent, only a few days from ordering, so I will be happy to shop with you again when the need arises.
