Appalling. A total scam - won’t respond to emails and phone has been disconnected. Currently £419 spent on air con and nothing happening. Paid on Amex thankfully - lesson to everyone pay for goods online with a reputable credit card not debit card
Steer clear and don’t consider giving these jokers your money.
