Wont get a refund and the quality is ridiculously poor

Cancelled my air conditioning unit and wanted a refund. Was told that the payment would go back on my card in 14 days. That was after a lot of emails, when I chased my payment up modecas told me to contact my bank as they had system problems. I bought it through Klarna and now they won’t take responsibility or help. Total Scam, I would give this company -5 stars if possible. They even wanted me to do a survey.

made an order over two months for an air conditioner. i have sent several emails with no reply. wish i had read reviews before hand. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

This site should not be allowed to operate! They sold AC’s when everyone else was ‘out of stock’. It said 3 left in stock. It never arrived and I’ve now requested a refund but it’s even exceeded the 12!!! days they said it would take for the refund to come through. I wish I’d checked trust pilot before using the site… stay clear!

I would not rate this company as they do not give you your money back even aftet writing numerous emails. Very bad customer service

Months of delay for air conditioning unit, fobbed off and refund requests ignored. I don’t think they actually have any. They were just capitalising on people’s desperation for the units in the heatwave. Very bad.

Ordered something and then followed instructions to cancel by emailing customer services - said to do within an hour but done after 21 minutes. No response for 3 days before saying already shipped and couldn't cancel. Would have to pay return shipping costs when it arrived. 5 months later the product still hasn't arrived, numerous emails unanswered, phone number on website doesn't exist. Credit card company now re-funded and investigating

If I could give a zero star I would. This is a scam company! Period!! How authorities are letting are letting these low life scammers operate is beyond me. Ordered a portable a/c unit ...was promised 6-10 days delivery...5 weeks later all they did was send emails saying order will be delivered but due to high volume I had to wait. Sent tracking details which didn't work at all to try & placate me, then when I pulled them up on this bogus info they ignore me
DO NOT BUY ANTHING & I MEAN ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMER!! YOU WILL LOOSE YOU MONEY!! PERIOD!
They are trying to mitigate the adverse feedback of their scamming activities to keep the website going

I rate this company less than one star !! Ordered 2 air con units in July and they didn’t arrive the phone number doesn’t work
They don’t reply to emails , they have £755 of my money and still waiting to get it back , I have been told by the bank that I need to wait till August 31st !! I just can’t believe it , then they had the cheek to email offering me a discount code , and an apology for the delay and they understand my frustration??? KEEP AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BRASS NECK SCAMMERS !!!

I should have seen the warning signs, but the heatwave had cooked my brain and I was oh-so desperate for an AirCon unit for my workshop - a shipping container.

The lesson? Don't purchase anything online when you are not thinking straight...

After 2 weeks, they confirmed the order cancelled and a refund actioned, and to wait 14 business days... well, that was 6 weeks ago.

I have actioned a chargeback with my bank, fingers crossed! But £420 down... and still working in a sauna!

I REALLY WANT TO GIVE 0 STARS, BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION. Bought an air-conditioning unit, got constant emails that its in processing, label created, nearly ready.... this has been going on 7 weeks and counting. They took the payment immediately. I wish I'd checked reviews before he ordered. Tried to cancel to be told as its in processing, unable to cancel, to hold tight, they can give us 10% off the website towards any other order... The website is now down. So I've instructed the bank to do a CHARGEBACK, as we are not going to get the order. It doesn't exist. The scammers will pop up in another guise and scam more unsuspecting victims.

Ordered an AC unit a month ago got a email to give me 10% off something else looked for tracking a package and Error money gone and this is a Scam!

Absolutely dreadful. Finally got aircon unit after delays ridiculous emails, fake tracking a promised 10% refund that never materialised and it doesnt have a UK plug! Got advice would be dangerous to plug in using adapter. Was offered a 40% of the total cost as a voucher to use on the website which no longer exists! Scammers. Will be going through credit card to get full refund. Avoid! Like the plague!

This company is a scam. I ordered an air conditioning unit which didn’t arrive and was clearly out of stock. I cancelled the order within 14 days and requested a refund which they are refusing to do. They owe me over £469 which is a lot of money.
Out of heat desperation at the time I didn’t check reviews of the company, an expensive mistake.
I am now having to take legal action to try to recover my money. AVOID this company.

Avoid avoid avoid! Total scam artists. Fake tracking numbers given every time I’ve questioned my order. I’ve had to raise a charge back with my bank. Also reported to a companies houses.

As all others have stated fell for the Aircon scam on 6 July and never turned up
My bank has come through and refunded me

A scam - takes your money, messes you around on delivery dates and gives bogus 10% discounts for the inconvenience, then cancels your order ‘at your request’ at the last minute and takes up to a month to refund, if you get a refund at all - I’m still waiting. Don’t use.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING’ ITS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE! OVER 5 WEEKS FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE! NOW REFUSING TO GIVE RETURNS POLICY!! WEBSITE IS ONLINE THEN ITS NOT! WEEKS TO REAPOND TO EMAILS

If I could have put 0 stars I would, I have bought a silk dress with fluffy jumper which look stunning I received a dress like it was made from cardboard and a top that was made from 100% Nylon. Totally unacceptable. To send it back would have cost me almost the price of the item with no guarantee of a refund
