do not deal with this person or accept his self appraisal!? I ordered an AXL Rose Snake belt and custom buckle, but after over thirteen week l received nothing but lame excuses and no actual proof that my order was been fulfilled, l then later received threats and intimidation and to this date even after canceling my order l have not received a full refund of my money totaling one-hundred and eighty British pounds. .. the only thing l have received is his pathetic threats of violance and name calling. And l intend now contacting the police and the financial ombudsman to log my complaints of been bullied and scammed. This company is fraudulent and promises to send orders but then gives nothing but excuses... My replies to them were instigated by their own abuse towards me and now they try to justify themselves... I also have copies of all their threats on me... I have also now had to contact my bank and clearpay to assist in getting my money back after this merchant said l need to say pretty please before anything else,,, what an absolute joker and clown...

Estamos passando por uma experiência terrível pois nosso amigo está aguardando o envio de um cinto que foi pago (temos o comprovante de pagamento com o nome da empresa) e esse transtorno já está acontecendo há um ano, fora que nos nossos comentários a resposta é que nós somos de um outro país e bla bla bla … cara só resolve o problema, envia o produto ou devolve o valor! Não adianta ficar falando que vai enviar o produto após retirar os comentários, isso é falta de ética e temos os registros de tudo inclusive o comprovante de pagamento! Por favor apenas resolva ! Voltarei e darei 5 estrelas após resolvido.

Sizing is completely wrong "I followed their size guide exactly and ordered a Medium, but the belt that turned up wouldn't even fit my teenage son. It’s at least 4 inches shorter than the guide promised. I tried to exchange it, but you have to pay for your own return shipping back to them, which costs half as much as the belt itself. Honestly, just not worth the hassle.

Absolute waste of money. The website says 'premium leather' but the belt that arrived feels and smells like cheap plastic. I wore it for two days and the 'leather' is already cracking where the buckle sits. I could have bought better quality at a local market for a third of the price. Don't fall for the fancy photos, it's total rubbish.

I ordered the Chris Holmes guitar strap 6 months ago. I did appreciate when placing my order there would be a wait to some extent for the item.
I tried several times emailing to get an update on my order only to be told it would arrive the following week.
No Show!!
I then asked for a full refund. After some time waiting and being told that my refund had been processed… No Refund!!
I had to go down the route of contacting PayPal to retrieve my money. After about 10 days…Result!!
Avoid this Seller at all costs!!

Fast shipping. Excellent craftmanship, belt looks beautiful and is a fitting tribute to Jim Morrison. The only thing I didnt like was the Certificate which was a cheap and blurry print.
