• 09/12/2025: o suporte me enviou e-mail confirmando que minha verificação manual de KYC estava concluída, com documentos "analisados e aprovados", e que eu já podia prosseguir com o saque. Meu dashboard também exibia "KYC Status: Verified".
• 04/05/2026: recebi o e-mail "Withdrawal Request Under Review", informando que meu pedido de saque estava em análise e que eu receberia uma atualização oficial.
• 18/05/2026: o suporte me enviou novo e-mail pedindo documento com foto, selfie e comprovante de residência. Enviei tudo no mesmo dia e formalizei o pedido de payout de US$ 10.960,81 (conta final 1684). Nunca recebi resposta.
• Meses de silêncio, mesmo com várias tentativas de contato.

As justificativas mudaram a cada mensagem

Ao cobrar pelo WhatsApp, recebi, no mesmo dia, respostas incompatíveis entre si:

1. "Não houve solicitação de saque registrada", apesar do e-mail de análise do saque.
2. "O KYC não foi realizado", apesar do e-mail de aprovação e do status Verified.
3. "Conta encerrada por inatividade operacional".
4. Que eu teria usado uma empresa que "comercializa aprovações de testes", sendo que contratei por indicação de uma empresa que a própria Planet4Funded apresentava como parceira.

A empresa também afirmou que meu saque anterior foi pago porque "quando a solicitação está correta, nós honramos o pagamento". Minha solicitação seguiu exatamente o mesmo caminho.

Desfecho

Ao apresentar os e-mails, fui informado de que meu acesso seria banido, que a decisão é "definitiva e não está aberta a novas discussões", e o contato foi encerrado. Pedi ao menos a devolução do valor do meu teste, e também não houve resposta.

Uma empresa não pode aprovar o KYC, confirmar a análise do saque, ficar meses sem responder e depois alegar que nada disso existiu.

O que eu espero: o pagamento integral de US$ 10.960,81 ou, no mínimo, uma resposta formal e fundamentada, com a análise operacional que justificaria a recusa.

Tenho todos os e-mails originais, PDFs, prints e a conversa completa do WhatsApp, e vou apresentá-los às entidades competentes e na via judicial.
