This is a place for people who are tired of being told to fix themselves.
I write about midlife as it actually feels, the moment when what once worked no longer does, and you’re not ready (or able) to rush toward reinvention.
Much of this work is shaped through conversations with people in their later decades. Not for advice, but for perspective. I’m interested in the sentences they don’t soften the truths that only become speakable after a life has been lived.
There is no urgency here. No prescriptions. Just language for what many people are already carrying, and a place to sit with it.
