Guidebook: The Flow Transmissions is a record of seven years of messages from The Guides, a team of non-physical teachers who work with me as angels, appearing in dreams and in daily life through signs, visions, and downloads.
These messages are encoded with pure, unconditional love to support you as you align with the faster, higher frequencies of our evolving world.

You might feel a vibrant, effervescent sensation in your body, hear a bright buzzing like crickets, or sense a renewed sense of well-being. This Flow Materials blog is not a personal diary. It’s a carefully curated body of non-fiction: part memoir, part reflection, and part teaching from the guides, including work with dreams. Dream work helps us build the capacity to interpret the symbolic and intuitive guidance we receive. Here, I’ll share dreams the guides send to me, demonstrating how I interpret their language and symbols.

How It Began
At first, it was simply about listening. The guides taught me to attune my attention, starting with something as simple as a hum. Slowly, I began to ask them questions. “Who are you?” I’d ask, and the guides responded.
One morning, I woke with their words echoing in my mind, like a thread of instruction weaving through my dreams: This is the day. Come home. The voice of one who loves you is calling you back to your heart.
The journey with the guides taught me the power of love and transformation. I now understand: as we awaken, we realize our power to change the world, and with that power comes the responsibility for its impact.
Recently, I decided to revisit these notes and open this box of magic that had long waited. I thought, What could possibly happen? And with that, everything changed. Magic unfolded, and here we are—beginning a story of reunion, angels, and, at last, home.
