This is the Conundrummer

Like a bottle of separated, cultural salad dressing this series of musings will desperately try to reconcile these Gen X’s last gasp, 80’s 90’s & 2000’s proto-hipster, Brooklyn memories, with the head-scratching 2025, commuter dad, $19 lunch grain bowl, father of teens, NYT-Games-is-the-best-part-of-my-day, reality I seem to have found myself in. If you liked whatever you saw that brought you here, take a gander at the publication archives.

Stay up-to-date

Never miss one of these missives. Your weekly dose of moderately humorous takes on somewhat humorous topics. Every new post is sent directly to your email inbox. You remember email right? It’s the thing we did before we texted and slacked each other into oblivion, and if your phone screen is empty and your eyes are bored and your thoughts are lonely and you want a canned pork, ad-free reading experience come on in. The water is fine.
