It’s a space to grow, reflect, and build confidence, together with others on the same journey.

Perhaps you sometimes doubt yourself, struggle to set boundaries, or feel capable on the outside but uncertain within.

Confidence Matters is a calm space where I explore what I call The Aligned Path.
That is helping people release guilt and self-judgement so they can develop self-compassion, self-trust, and the quiet confidence to live an aligned life.

(My aim is for The Aligned Path framework to become the basis of a mini-course series and book.)

What Confidence Matters Is

Confidence Matters is a space devoted to building real, lasting confidence. I don’t mean the loud, performative kind, but the quiet inner stability that allows you to trust yourself and move through life with clarity.

That’s why everything I share is grounded in three simple values:

Love
Gratitude
Kindness

These values shape how we treat ourselves, how we treat others, and how we build a life that feels aligned and meaningful.


At the heart of this work are four foundations of lasting confidence:

  • Self-esteem – Valuing yourself and your worthiness

  • Self-belief – Trusting your abilities and your identity

  • Self-love – Cultivating care and compassion for yourself

  • Self-acceptance – Embracing your imperfections with grace

A gentle intention-setting session to begin the month with clarity.

A practical workshop with coaching, reflection and journaling.

Confidence Reflection & Reset
A calm end-of-month space to pause, celebrate wins and reconnect with yourself.

Here, we move beyond reading and begin practising confidence together.
Each session also includes theme-based reflection questions, and help with any issues you are dealing with.

Who is Sue Reid

I’m Sue Reid, founder of Sue Reid Coaching.

After a 40-year career in banking, I retired early, in 2019 and chose to follow my calling to help others build confidence and live more intentionally.

I’m a certified Jay Shetty Life and Success Coach, an NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, and the author of Building Confidence: How to Thrive as a Shy Person.

But more importantly, I understand what it feels like to doubt yourself.


My Story

After the end of a toxic marriage and several painful relationships, I found myself with almost no self-esteem.

Although I had a successful career, I felt lost inside.

Some mornings, I would sit in the car outside work, wondering if I should go in at all.

Little by little, I rebuilt myself.

Through small habits, self-compassion, and intentional living, I slowly developed confidence, resilience and inner strength.

Today, I help others do the same.


Coaching
