Why subscribe?

I’d say this newsletter is well-suited for people that enjoy philosophical essays that combine popular culture and linguistic analysis, like the sort of thing you can find here. I’m a philosophy professor with wide-ranging interests that extend beyond what academic philosophy has deemed to be “professionally” viable. This newsletter is an outlet for me to explore topics and issues that make philosophy worth doing but don’t fit into professional philosophy journals. I’d like to continue writing public philosophy for money - that’s where you come in - subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and website. It’ll be like an Only Fans but for ideas.

Stay up-to-date

I can like email out essays and stuff, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Beyond your standard narcissism, I’m doing this so I can learn more about what other people think about what I’m thinking about: stuff that no one fully understands. Philosophy is done best when done with others.
