Why subscribe?
Funny you should ask. Here’s what Substack says: Subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and publication archives.
Here’s what I say:
I’d like to think I have enough spunk and self confidence to say that I’m an all around interesting person and that should be enough. But alas, everyone thinks they’re interesting, so I might as well use my persuasive writing I was forced to learn in middle school.
I’m an awesome person, if I haven’t already mentioned. I love a great deal of mediums surrounding pop culture — movies, books, anime, manga—a lot of manga—and much more. I’m an amateur manga artist (that feels weird to say I’m even close to becoming an amateur but I think I finally can almost fit that title) with dreams of being…a better-than-amateur manga artist. I love the comic book medium so much. This is the main purpose of my newsletter if you don’t already know. I’ll be posting about my creative journey, as well as anything else that I want, but mostly about manga, webcomics, and storytelling as a whole.
If thats something you like reading about, then subscribe! There’s even a handy dandy button right there. And eventually ya’ll will read my first serial webcomic! (oh that caught your attention did it? I shoulda started with that)
