After searching for a long time to replace my old, scratched and worn out saucepans, I eventually found this Prestige set.
They are classed as lightweight saucepans, which is one of the reasons that I purchased them. However they are slightly heavier than I would have liked as I've got fibromyalgia and struggle to lift things, I would have preferred them a bit lighter. In saying this they are very sturdy and fantastic quality.
The handles on top of lids and the handles are made of some sort of rubber so don't get hot to the touch which is another benefit. All in all I am very pleased with this set and am expecting them to last a long time.

Avoid if you don't want to be waiting around for ages for your taxi after you've landed.
Booked airport transfers. Was late picking us up on return. Had to wait for half an hour with 2 elderly people, a disabled person and a child at 1.30am after a 5 hour flight.
They lied about how long taxi was going to be as I was following the tracking app and times were vastly different. Plus it should have already been there as it was precooked and was told that he would be following our flight number and be there waiting when we landed. This was not the case. Hugely frustrating and disappointing service. Will not be using again and wouldn't recommend

I was unable to work out how to set up an account and use my access card. So I rang up and requested a call back. I got a call back within the hour and spoke to James, who was so helpful. He set up an account then and there. I find things like this really confusing but James made the whole process very easy. He was a lovely man, very friendly, professional and proficient.
