If I could give a 0 star rating I would.
Paid in advance for no service!

Gave flight details and driver was suppose to wait for 45 minutes after flight arrival. He left after 35 minutes, without us. Rang the Luis Rosa driver several times, and his phone was off, text him and no reply.

Rang customer service. No help, refund, apology or explanation given.

They will take your money fast, but never deliver your product!!!! Next day delivery? Next day robbery I'd call it! I was even asked to write a review on the product they STILL haven't refunded me for!

Totally unprofessional business. Would not recommend to a friend.
