Tudo muito rápido e os produtos continuam com bastante qualidade. Recomendo para proteínas vegan. Se tivesse que apontar algo de negativo seriam as drops de sabores. Normalmente compro de outras marcas para mascarar o sabor das proteinas de arroz ou soja, mas a da HSN é péssima. Sabor muito fraco e "químico", e não sai gota a gota e, portanto, gasta-se muito rápido. As da Prozis são melhores.

Estou com uma avaria na minha rua desde as 4h30 da manhã de hoje e são 15h45 neste momento. Não tenho luz em casa e tenho uma bebé com 9 meses. Ao tentar comunicar a situação, a utilização do chatbot para dar seguimento a pedidos é absurda a 100%. Usar a IA deve ser ok para muita coisa, mas não para isto. Mesmo após falar com o suporte técnico, "humano", nada fizeram e, pior ainda, parece que os registos dos meu vizinhos não existem. Somos para cima de 5 pessoas a alertar da situações, mas nada existe no sistema. É no que dá o monopólio...

The issue that I have experienced was: I made an order for a rugby boot and SportsDirect have in their website 11(45) (meaning UK and EU size). When I received the boots, the 11 corresponds to 46 and not 45. It's an error of the website.
It occurred on: 10/03/2022
This meant that I have to pay international shipping from Portugal to UK because of an error that was not mine. I wanted a 45 and I made the order for a 45.
Doesn't make sense to pay for an international shipping (expensive) for an error that wasn't mine but of course: they refuse to admit and say they sent the correct UK number :)
Sportdirect was my goto website for sports goods but I have to admit, this is just a ridiculous customer experience.

After reading all these reviews I got a little scared because I already had made my reservation. Well, one week after that they sent me an email with the info that the flight was changed for another day. I just replied asking to cancel all the thing and one week after I had the money in my account. They guy on the call center was also very polite and fast.
Can't give 5* because of the problem with the flight, but 4* for sure.
