Disappointed Customer
Last July 14th I was informed that my already hired and paid flight from Pisa to Mykonos had been cancelled. To my surprise, I was informed of the problem without any solution from lunajets! when I approached the CEO: EYMERIC SEGARD by phone, I exposed my disappointment and the lack of an immediate solution, (lack of professionalism) he reacted screaming at me and total lack of consideration with a regular customer! So far I have not received a formal apology from LunaJets!

Please accept our sincere apologies for the cancellation of your confirmed private jet charter from Pisa to Mykonos. While last-minute operational cancellations of this nature are sometimes outside our direct control, we're sorry that you did not receive the level of consideration and support you were expecting from us, and we would like to apologise for that. We do hope you might give us the chance to put things right in the future again.
