The next day I received an email from MJ, a customer care team member. He told me he was sorry, and sent our another order promptly. I received it in no time! It's going well so far
It's going well so far! I am 10 days in. The first phone call was informative however seemed very scripted and not like a conversation. A video would of been just as good.

This worked for me in one day
This is only the second product that I have ever come on and written a great review about, but it deserves a great review. First day that I rubbed some of the serum on my face and I didn’t even need foundation. It’s hard to describe, but literally it looked like I was wearing foundation and I wasn’t. One day; in one day!

It is great to try something new, l have been using total serum and eye serum. Total serum has made a small difference on my facial skin. The eye serum not so much, my eyes have a sensitive to the product so l use it only at night, therefore l don’t notice much difference in my eye bags and puffiness, l keep hoping this will work even though it’s slow. It’s been the past couple of months.

Unsatisfactory
I was shipped 9 bottles of shampoo product I did not order. Their customer services is greatly lacking in competency, I had to contact them twice to return. When I inquired about my refund, 2 weeks after they received the product, i was only able to chat with an AI assistant. It did not understand at first that the product had been returned and received. I have the receipt to verify. Now two weeks after doing so , I am still waiting for my refunds. They did state that I would receive an email verifying my refund was processed, which I have not yet received.

We also understand how frustrating it must have been to follow up about your refund and not receive the clear, timely assistance you were expecting.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of continuity you experienced with our support process, including the difficulty you had communicating with our AI assistant after your return had already been received. You should never have had to explain the situation repeatedly or feel as though you were going in circles just to get an update on your refund. We take responsibility for that experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We’re glad we were able to connect with you directly through our Loyalty Team and get everything resolved. A full refund was processed on October 3, and we reached out to you personally to confirm that the refund had been completed.

Do not trust this company's Absolute scam ordering process—double charged and spammed!
Do not trust this company's checkout process. It is a total trap. The moment they get your payment information, they force you into watching back-to-back marketing videos. I tried to exit out after 20 minutes because I was exhausted, but they immediately bombarded me with texts and emails claiming my order was "incomplete." I was forced to finish their endless videos just to get my order processed, only to find out they charged me twice for the exact same order! On top of that, their solicitation is out of control. Once they have your number and email, they never stop calling, texting, and emailing you. Avoid Sun Coast Sciences at all costs.

New Customer After 3 weeks of using the Derma Bright…
After 3 weeks of using the Derma Bright MD, my skin started to look brighter. I also use the Total Package Serum, twice a day, and have definitely seen an improvement in my skin smoothness.
