Their good rating was interesting, and their online platform looked convenient in the first place
but they asked for not one but two pieces of ID and also a selfie, along with lots of personal information, and I complied.
Days later, not only have they not verified anything on my profile at all, but they have asked for even more private information.
All the above issues aside,
It also appears that the customer support member does not read or write English either!

The Online Team also provides support via WhatsApp which it’s a feature that allows users to access information much faster and easier. I recommend using Payjib and I’ll keep working with them as well. It was overall a very nice and uncomplicated experience.

I hope you understand that the UK has placed significant restrictions on cryptocurrency. Yet, despite claiming to be based in the UK, this platform shows no signs of authentic British documentation or writing. That should be a wake‑up call it’s a strong indication that this is not a legitimate platform.
