The fit is slightly awkward
The fit is slightly awkward. The uppers are looser than expected so my feet slide pretty far forward. They are slippery on my feet but perhaps once the soles are more broken in, they’ll be more comfortable.

Thank you for the feedback! From what you’re describing, especially your foot sliding forward and the upper feeling loose—it sounds like you may need one size smaller. The leather will soften and mold to your foot with wear, but the overall fit should still feel secure from the start. We’d be happy to help you exchange them for a smaller size so you can get the proper fit and really enjoy the sandals.

I had to pay for a return
I had to pay for a return, and having been a customer for over 20 years i didnt think that was fair. The company didnt offer to reverse their decision so i paid the $6.50 but ill never promote your product and i wont purchase from you again. VERY POOR customer relations on your part.

We do offer free shipping and a free return on the first order. For customers who prefer the flexibility of unlimited free returns, we also offer an optional $3.99 service that includes unlimited free returns as well as package protection against theft. In this case, that option was declined, and after your first free return was used, the second return had a $6.50 return-label cost. We try to make this policy as clear as possible in our return information before purchase.
These policies help us continue offering quality products at affordable prices while keeping shipping and return costs manageable for everyone.

Als echte liefhebber mis ik soms die opwindende momenten van uitgebreid kiezen tussen prachtige patronen. Eerst knorde mijn hart een beetje van ontgoocheling. Maar toen ik die ene sandaal uitpakte, veranderde mijn kijk zich onmiddellijk. De kwaliteit was indrukwekkend en het design voelde als een kunstwerk dat je dragen mag. Dit leert me dat zelfs wanneer de keus beperkt is, de smaak nog steeds kan schitteren. I got my shoes
I got my shoes. Within three days of delivery, and I tried them on the very first day and they were not wide enough, and they were the larger size, so I asked for refund and they are ignoring me. I scanned a QR code and I went through their website to ask for a refund and they said for me to put the box at my front door on the 24th and nobody ever showed up. It was put out at 5 AM in the morning to 9 PM at night
If you buy any these shoes, they don’t stand behind their refund policy. I’m gonna go everywhere I can go and post this review of Jerusalem shoes

We’re sorry for the confusion, but your return request was not ignored. As explained in the return instructions, you were provided with a prepaid return shipping label. That label needed to be printed and securely attached to the outside of the package before the carrier could pick it up.
Simply leaving the box outside without the return label attached unfortunately does not allow the carrier to process or collect the package.
We absolutely stand behind our return policy and are happy to accept the return. Please attach the provided label to the box and follow the pickup instructions, and the return can proceed normally.
Great sandals
Great sandals! I bought the model Anne in black first. Buttery soft upper leather, sole was stiff in the first few minutes but then started to break in within 20 min. I loved them so much I bought the saddle color as well. The leather will last years with good care. I finally found foos quality shoes with some style.

That soft leather and the way the sole gradually molds and breaks in is exactly what we hope people experience. And yes, with a little care, that leather should only get better with age.

Beware of sizing with these sandals. I ordered a pair of David Sandals a year ago and have never been able to wear them, as they're too tight. I called right after receiving them and was told to wear them around my house and they would stretch out. I did, to no avail. I spent good money for what is a useless pair of sandals. I called to see if I could return them and have the strap adjusted. The guy who answered acted as if he could care less that I had an issue with his product. Basically he told me their policy is 30 days. He offered no help. I would've gladly paid to have them adjusted or even ordered a discounted pair that would fit. I really loved this style sandal, but it was a waste of money. Sadly, I will no longer be able to support this company. I would advise anyone looking to order to make sure to get the correct size. I followed their sizing guidelines and still was unable to wear the sandals. Order #35997
