Customer service is great and delivery was as promised. And item is as described and pictured.

I loved AndyOkay pictures as soon as I saw them, they really are very different. I ordered a canvas for my brother in law as the picture was just like their dog! He loves the picture & it is really good quality. I had an issue with delivery and they didn’t hesitate to arrange a replacement demonstrating fantastic customer service.

Also für den Preis der hier angesetzt wird, bin ich von der Qualität leider wirklich enttäuscht. Bei mir war im Randbereich gleich zwei mal ein weißer Streifen, der nicht korrekt abgeschnitten wurde. Bei dem Preis nicht zu akzeptieren.
Support war dahingegen allerdings echt freundlich und haben mir ein Ersatz zukommen lassen, allerdings mit gleichem Fehlerbild.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Andy Okay. I followed all the required steps for their return process, yet I have never received my refund.

As a customer, I expect a company to honor its return and refund policies. It is frustrating to do everything correctly on my end and still be left without my money.

This experience has been unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from Andy Okay, especially if you think you may need to return an item.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I had a great experience ordering a beautiful piece of art from Andy Okay! I saw it on an Instagram ad and fell in love. Once I ordered it I was impressed with how quickly it arrived. It was packaged with great care, and it's PERFECT. I'll definitely buy more items from this company in the future.

AndyOkay is literally my best find unique art pieces and I love that they collaborate with altruistic partners. The quality of the paper, the colours is amazing at that price. I am a big fan of big 'feature' prints and they have a select few in 140x100 which can be hard to find. Would highly recommend!

So I ordered a print from Andy Okay, and when I received it, the box was a little twisted. When I opened it the frame was pulling apart from a few corners. Reached out to them, and they were AWESOME! They ended up sending me a net new one which I did not expect, without having to return the damaged one. Gonna donate the damaged one. Thanks for the great customer service! Nowadays that is not the norm.
