Could not have asked for a better driver...He was on time, courteous, helpful and friendly. He drove safely and found our place without any problem....well informed on the roads.

The drivers arrived a few minutes late, however, they got us to the airport in plenty of time to make our flight.
The vehicles were quite comfortable.
I was very pleased with the service.

Alpinbus were communicative and responsive. There was a last minute change in arrangements apparently due to a driver becoming unwell and they arranged for another company to take us to the airport. There was a little confusion over the changing pickup details but this was sorted out quickly due to Alpin bus staff being very quick at responding to queries. Our pick up and lift to the airport went smoothly. We would certainly use them again.

It was very difficult to find my driver once i landed and got thru customs. He told me exit number and sent a photo but didnt tell me if i needed to stay inside the airport or go outside. The sign he had with my name on it was small and so I didnt see it. On the plus side he did stay in communication with me until we connected.

The driver was good . The customer service leading up to the excursion was not good. I would rate Blacklane and Daytrip much better. I was told Alpin had 24/7 customer service. I did not experience that . Because of this I experienced unnecessary anxiety that a driver would show up the next morning for the event. I would be less likely to use your service in the future. You need to improve your customer service.

Reservation was easy, price was good. For a very early departure, the driver was on time (even arrived early) and the drive to the airport was seamless.

Timely pickup and drop off. Easy to book and good communication.

The booking process was easy and efficient and confirmed out booking within half an hour of request. The communication from Alpinbus and the individual drivers was excellent. Our flights from Edinburgh to Geneva were delayed but there was no problem with the transfer, despite being half past midnight when we eventually landed. We had 2 minibuses from Geneva airport to Chamonix and return, and both journeys went without any problems. The drivers were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend to others. 5*****

The driver was on time. No difficulties with the pick- up or drop off. The automobile was clean and comfortable.

A group of 11 people were going on holiday to Austria in August. Although the flights and hotel were booked there was no transfers included. I chose AlpinBus mainly because of their website which was comprehensive and informative. The process of booking a return transfer was very easy and the price was reasonable so I completed the booking.
I had an email shortly after confirming the booking and providing information about the pickups. The day before our journey I received another email confirming the time of pickup and where the driver would be.
We were taken to the resort in two comfortable vehicles by two competent drivers and the same process happened for our return journey. This is a professional service and AlpinBus is highly recommended.

Super nice and accommodating. Clean van. But what really needed was a driver who knew how to get to the airport. We booked from a major tourist location to a major airport, literally two highways. Yet the driver insisted on following his GPS, despite my - is this really the right way…how long does your GPS say it’s going to take because mine says…
The driver took us literally to a dirt road…and only decided to turn around when confronted with a local private road toll?!? What is that anyway.
Lost over an hour of time backtracking and restarting on what should have been a 90 minute drive.

Wrong child seats provided. Very clearly requested and confirmed the age of child seats needed.

Driver also went the long way through the mountains.

The driver was 30 min late. Was very rude, Did not help with our luggage. I was with a kid, had to drag all my luggage. called the operator 3 times, left voice messsages, no one called back. Do NOT recommend!!!!

Our driver was the best! He was professional, courteous, prompt, safe, helpful (with our many bags!), and he was a delight to talk with. We hope that he will be our driver again in the future. Thank you all!

WORST COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST.
I booked my transfer and got a confirmation email. As my flight was delayed by an hour I attempted to call them to let them know. As usual they did not pick up the phone, so i just hoped for the best as they had my flight details. I arrived late at night at geneva airport and the transfer was no where to be seen i walked around for 30 minutes and tried to call them again, and once again they didn’t answer the phone. Because it was so late at night I wasn’t prepared to spend ages waiting round for the transfer to possibly turn up, so I had to book an uber, which was so expensive. I’ve had no further correspondence from the company, and would want to warn others be wary with this company, and book with another more reputable transfer company. I’ve had no refund and no communication.

Our driver didn’t estimate the gas needed and we nearly ran out of gas. This created a lot of stress for most of the trip. Had we not been able to roll downhill we would have likely been stranded and asking for gas.

Not the experience I expected given how much we paid. Will be looking at other booking services for future trips.
