    Accessibility Specialist, WordPress Core Committer, Senior Frontend engineer.

    As a Core Committer since 2015 and a member of the WordPress Accessibility Team, I contributed to advancing accessibility standards within WordPress, delivering accessibility improvements for millions of users globally.

    With over 10 years at Yoast BV, I specialised in modern WordPress development as a senior frontend developer and digital accessibility specialist.

    Open-source contributor, speaker, mentor, and accessibility advocate. Over the course of more than 20 years of digital accessibility practice, I learned a couple things about people’s needs, browsers, and assistive technology. Interested in scaling accessibility within product teams and fostering accessibility culture in large organisations.
