Live experience as a BPO agent for 15 months at Foundever.
The good thingsI've enjoyed working with the colleagues and the team since we are like a family that helps each other when it comes to handling the customer.
The challengesI think the best way to improve is the management that each employee should be well addressed, especially with their concern.

The chat support experience was great, but this company should be avoided.
The good thingsIt was a non-voice account, but not pure. Our trainer was nice and I've met a lot of nice people, too. I also love the sleeping quarters cause you can sleep anytime you want, unless they're sanitizing it.
The challengesIt has a very poor management. The salary was so low especially when you're on a day shift. They changed LOB from non-voice to voice but there was no increase. It's probably the voice account that has the lowest salary I've known. When you are absent due to medical reason, your sick leave is still subject for approval even though you have a medical certificate. Some employees like the TLs are not really nice with their agents. They also changed the salary from daily rate to monthly fixed, which really sucks.

The good thingsThe environment, my boss, tl, and colleges are just amazing.
The challengesFiling leave, even you have accumulated lots of leave credit. It's so difficult to get a leave approved because they will based on allocation and performance. The incentives are continuously changing same with the qualification. Corporate politics!!!
