Content Moderator: Enjoyable Work but Tough on Performance Standards
The good thingsThe line of work is surprisingly easy compared to working at a voice account. Also, as someone who watches online content frequently, I can relate easily to the tasks required to accomplish during working hours. Also, very helpful teams, overall fun and enjoyable despite not requiring a lot of skill.
The challengesHigh KPI metrics. If I try to improve my AHT, I risk losing on Quality Scores and and am more prone to errors. Trying to improve Quality forces me to stay on tasks longer, increasing AHT and reducing productivity. It is hard to balance both without risking a content leakage. I would suggest lowering the performance thresholds and avoid handing severe punishments for honest mistakes committed by the moderators.

The good thingsthe initial interview facilitator was very polite. interview was very generic.
The challengeswas humiliated during the interview. final interviewer did not facilitate the interview properly. interviewer asked questions unrelated to the job. some personal and unnecessary. was cut off immediately while still talking.
