Welcome to Coming of Soul🦋, a newsletter just beginning with a few subscribers hoping to create a writing home for many more to come.

I’m Revathi Ganesh, a portrait artist, research scholar, endless lover of arts and literature, daughter of a bold mother and a loving father, and also a little sister of two beautiful favorite women of my life. This tiny family of mine makes my life magical, just as how art lifts me every time I fall out of life.

I am here, not just to be here but to write, share, create, love, grow, and heal in the most powerful ways by sharing my works in this little space where I have got my soul tucked in for the peaceful journey ahead. I am here to know beyond what I know and don’t know, to run beyond a place away from the limits of time and the irresistible clutches of life, to embrace all the love that I have and have not, to answer the unanswerable of what takes me back to myself when the unavoidable questions of life arise and finally to be very honest, to go for all that my soul truly aches for, to the arts, to the writing that makes everything around feel lite at the very instance of choosing to keep my soul closer. And I hopefully promise to keep each one of your souls closer here to me, when I write, and share my art, and even just as I am typing this, know that I am not alone here but talking to each one of you in between the lines that I share.

ABOUT Coming of Soul🦋

This is essentially an unexplainable experiment and exploration of what it's like to be an unbreakable soul inside out when the harsh realities of life try to clip down your wings. I believe there's more to our lives than what we limit ourselves to. With much reverence to all that I don't know and yet to know, I soulfully invite you all alongside my journey here. I bring out my personal, honest, and heartfelt views to what I share here. With all the parts of me still in the growing phase, I solemnly swear that I am not a perfect human. And nobody has to be one ever. If there's any meaningful lesson that I have learned so far in my life, it's this,

“Nothing ever really happens until you make it happen”.

I learned this the hard way. And still learning what's all to come and crack. True learning knows no limit. It's an endless journey. We are all destined to learn something at every stage of our lives. I believe in all of our human potential to grow and gear up naturally as who we are without any shackles of fear, doubt, and judgment. After all that has ripped my life down, I still always have my soul to keep me tightly gripped on to hope again and again. To always believe in the possibility of peace and love. And that’s what brings me here. To you all.

Here, you will find my recent art projects, commissioned portrait works, short/lengthy soul musings, notes, essays, on life, weekly Journaling, and all of my retrospective thoughts and ideas based on the context of the content I share, taking an honest look at what it means to be alive as a SOUL rather than just as a body of mind. You will receive a free newsletter once/twice a week in your inbox.

I hope you will find these weekly letters alongside my artworks deeply nourishing, reflective, meaningful, supportive, and connected to your soul. I hope it inspires you even in the least possible way to show up as yourself just as I am trying the same here. Looking forward to receiving all your love and support.

Take good care,

Revathi Ganesh

PS: I love you. All. For reading my soul here. Every weekly letter is subjected to retrospection. I am a working model here. I make mistakes. I Fall. I Change. I Keep changing. But I always choose to learn and grow. To give peace with what I have got to offer my soul. To give you all the same peace and love with what I can create and share here.

Never could I thank you enough for being here.
