DC's Different Drummers Jazz Band will be opening the 2026 summer concert series at Glen Echo Park on June 11th. DCDD is a non-profit LGBTQ+ community music organization that performs across the DMV with multiple ensembles all year-round. For 17 years, summer at Glen Echo Park has been synonymous with their weekly Summer Concert Series, where they present and support local musicians and performers who represent a diverse range of styles, influences, and cultures.
