Have you ever read a book and wished you had a place to discuss it?
I wrote a book. I want people to not only engage with the book, but to engage with each other in a new way. I want it to be a conversation starter and lead to deeper conversations that will lead to real change—that’s where this site comes in too. (There’s also a facilitation guide available for download FYI.) Furthermore, the book talks about how we need repetition and reinforcement to truly rewire old ways of thinking. Together, let’s shake up the status quo!
Throughout the OVERRIDE! What if there was another way? A pocket playbook for possibilities there are “playground pages” where you get to apply the ideas to your own life. Think of this companion site as a big playground for exploration. I’m not quite sure where it’s going to take us, but staying stagnant in a broken world isn’t option.

To start, all the content is free, and key posts always will be. Depending on how this grows there may be a tiered membership (think audio recordings of the book, monthly banana mapping prompts, special community chats…). But not yet. One thing at a time. Keeping a load that is sustainable for me is my first priority. And you need to tell your friends to sign up too.

Anne S. Ditmeyer is an American in Paris who likes to shake up the status quo and ask the question “What if there was another way?” through her work as a designer turned writer, creative coach, and workshop facilitator.
She sees “travel is not about where you go, but how you see the world” (sometimes she looks like a garden gnome online @pretavoyager). Through her creative workshops Write Your Own Rules and Mapping Your Path she helps people explore the world in creative ways while giving them the confidence to explore and get lost. She loves guiding a global community of incredible humans as they unlock the magic within themselves.
