A few days ago my shopper Valerie (male Hispanic) didn't deliver two items that I purchased. It showed on the receipt that all of the items that selected were obtained. When I texted him about this, his response was "oh my gosh I'm sorry ". He neither offered to return and deliver these items nor have I received a refund from Instacart. I was at least able to reduce my %15 tip to 0. I did use Instacart yesterday and my

Update: Valerie is not the actual Instacart shopper according to the profile picture. I contacted Instacart and asked them to escalate my complaint.

I used to love Lyft until the last driver intentionally stole my cell phone. I was his last ride at 2 AM. My picture is on the Home Screen. He is the reason why I am no longer using Lyft. Lyft doesn’t hire honest employees. A thief is about as low as you could go.
