Public Apologies vs Private System Censorship — The Evidence Trail is Locked

Lloyds Bank's automated systems love to leave polite public replies at the foot of one-star reviews in my case, asking customers to "get in touch" to resolve issues. Yet behind the scenes, their teams frantically flag reviews to have them hidden from the general public. They recently targeted my account simply because I named individuals involved in my case. A direct analysis of my Trustpilot profile metrics forensically documents my public reach, showing a live count of exactly 11 reviews which have already accumulated 356 reads since July of this year, with 9 marked as useful, and this upcoming post will make 12. This is the exact reason why this lady is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a gold digger, a fraudster, a scammer, or anything else I have been falsely accused of being.
I have never once in my entire adult life missed a single payment to anyone who has provided me with services. I am doing this at great cost to myself, my health, and my reputation, not just for me, but to help thousands of other people in the same boat who do not have the time or the inclination to take on these "Big Brothers" and their fancy AI Fraud Detection systems. These automated corporate networks are quite frankly not worth the materials they are made of. If you put the wrong ingredients into a recipe, how can you expect it to taste good? This is total computational failure.
They even coordinated a calculated move yesterday, contacting Trustpilot at the exact same hour the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) automated alert landed. The FOS system issued a "Not Upheld" view on a case I never even instructed them to formally bring, attempting to push an unauthorized decision before I could even log into the portal to review their reasoning. This isn't just about the banks—it extends to the major telecommunications networks boasting 30 years at the top of their tree,EE formerly the name of a coloured citrus fruit and entities like British Gas. You have targeted a 75-year-old lady, treating a vulnerable consumer like a camel whose back can be broken by relentless corporate and administrative pressure. It is a massive miscalculation.
I have adjusted my review to comply with platform guidelines by using initials only, but the corporate panic speaks volumes. To SA, EA, H, and JS—this tenacity remains completely unbroken. Trying to delay statutory data packs or weaponizing internal server blocks will not alter the 14-month forensic timeline now sitting directly with international regulatory authorities. Act with professional integrity, look at the unassailable evidence, and admit defeat.
IT IS, 11.32AM ON 13TH OCTOBER 2026 AND I AM ABOUT TO BRING THE WALLS OF LLOYDS BANK DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL THEY HAVE TRIEDE TEIR LITTE TRICKS BUT THIS 75 YEAROLD IS 29 STEPS AHEAD OF THEM EVERY SINGLE TIME.
LET THEM TRY TO REMOVE THIS REIEW IF THEY CAN FIND A INGLE THING THT GOES AGAINST THE GUIDELINES OF TRUST PILOT
The independent trustworty platform for the likes of us minions as they banks lie to call us, not their bread and butter but, just an incovenience or stepping stone to warrant their multi million pound bonsues and their Saville Row suits and their membership to exclusive Mayfair Clubs

LLOYDS BANK CAUGHT IN INTERNAL DATA CONCEALMENT AND MUCH MUCH MORE

Let it be known to the global public tracking this dispute: Lloyds Banking Group’s executive suite is being issued a formal Letter Before Action (LBA).
For the benefit of consumers who fund these overpaid executives' yearly multi-million-pound bonuses while they sit in Mayfair clubs doing sweet FA: a Letter Before Action is the final statutory legal notice issued under the Civil Procedure Rules before formal High Court and County Court litigation is launched. It is the definitive warning shot that strips a rogue institution of any procedural defence.
Lloyds Bank's back-office compliance handlers have fumed through their internal meetings, faked their call logs, and thrown up faked "technical reasons" red banner firewalls to hide their biggest administrative scandal:
The "Serial Complainer" Suppression Trap: My handwritten notes of the telephone conversation with a certain member of their complaints team, remember I am not allowed to name names so I will stick within Trust Pilot’s guidelines (heheheheh).
I have a document which clearly states and was written by another who object to is name being bandied around Trust Pilor but it is ok for him to defame and slander me etc and then send the report a pack of lies (worthy of a Jackanory story) to a "high-ranking member of staff overseas which literally goes to 10 pages of pure lies upon lies upon lies to negate the fact that they are facing one hell of a fine not by my actions but by the actions of the FCA (the banks police) which carries millions of pounds in fines.
Whilst their DSAR team overseas spent weeks claiming they "couldn't verify the my identity" to progress my statutory data, and then yesterday they send me an email which contains these words “Please confirm if we need to reset the password for the user” clearly not meant for my eyes (unless all of a sudden I have become a member of their “Team”) and this alone is in my opinion is testament to the fact that their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing . HAHAHAHA
I am just a 75 year old woman who has held a bank account with this and I use these words advisedly ( “Trusted established in 1759 High Street Institution” and if I find out what the hell it is I have done THAT HAS WARRANTED THIS 5 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS OF PURE HELL rest assured fellow reviewers I will be to first to let you know.
SO I SAY IN ENDING THIS REVIEW WATCH OUT BARCLAYS JOONIE IS COMING FOR YOU NEXT.

THE PREMIER EXECUTIVE SHAMBLES: CONTRADICTIONS, PHANTOM BILLS AND DIGITAL REWRITES

This tenacious 75 year old lady strikes again. Open an account with Barclays on 1st June of this year, deposit around £35k with them from whitelisted funds from a house sale last October, and you get this wonderful treatment. They take your funds and make you into a Premier Customer of their own volition—I never asked for it. I wonder why they did that, but we are just money mules to expand their bonuses, their hard-earned bonuses they get every year.
They send you letters in the POST DELIVERED BY THE POSTIE stating we will close your accounts on 15th November and we do not need to tell you why because we don’t have to tell you—you are just a customer we want to get rid of, so please don’t create, little customer, we know best. NOT. But they did not bank (pardon the pun) on this little 75-year-old tenacious lady not playing ball, just rolling over, and saying "OK Mr Barclays Bank, I will do as you say, I don’t need to know why you feel there is a need to close my less than 5-month-old account."
The full story, my friends: On 1st June 2026, I opened a new account online. Within less than two hours of my biometrics being confirmed at 10:44 AM, the bank's background software engines blindly swallowed external high-street network gossip and restricted my profile. Yet, on 17th June, showing the ultimate depth of naked corporate greed, the bank's system shifted its parameters, saw my immaculate, whitelisted property completion capital from my solicitors, and rushed to upgrade me to an elite "Premier Account Customer" because they wanted to hold my wealth! They flag you as a security risk on one screen while rolling out the premium red carpet on the other.
On 14th September, the bank issued a 62-day Notice to Close against my accounts, hiding behind old boilerplate terms to state they do not need to provide a reason. On 7th October, a Senior Executive Customer Relationship Manager who shall remain nameless issued a Final Response Letter which I had to access via their App—not just an ordinary email or indeed a letter delivered via the good old postie just like before.
While their executive desks claim I am a "risk profile" facing a November termination, my live mobile application screen concurrently flags that my Premier tier status remains 100% active and fee-free! To add to this absolute structural circus, the mobile app is currently flashing an urgent, red "Payment overdue" warning notice against my Barclaycard when it is not—it is legally due until Monday, 12th October 2026! They are demanding payments days before the legal deadline on accounts they claim the cards have been cancelled. Are you following? Because this gets better. Their billing desks have completely lost synchronization with their fraud desks.
When I dialled the direct phone extension printed on the executive letter dated 7th October today, Friday 9th October, I am told by another person that the number is either a generic number or a private extension because it is not just your average customer services number. It appears twice in the letter: once on the first page and under his signature line it even gives details for us idiots to dial +44 and drop the first 0 if calling from overseas.
The last paragraph of this two-page cancellation letter from a Senior Executive Customer Relationship Manager—oh, how I do love those fancy titles—stated, and I quote: “…….please get in touch using the contact details at the top of this letter. I’ll be happy to help.” But the male I spoke to today said "This is not his direct number, I don’t have his number, I cannot transfer you," but if you don’t like what is written, take it to the good FSO, and then proceeds to tell me they are not obliged under the GDPR Act to give me this information as it may be confidential. I say it's about me—that is what a DSAR is.
And then later today I receive an email which states: “Hopefully, we have the information we need to review your request. If we need anything else, we may call you in the next few days.”
Let the record be completely clear: under the Data Protection Act 2018, if you redact or withhold information, you must tell the requester, i.e., me, the reason why you are redacting anything. No ifs, no buts—that is the law. Well, it is under UK Law, but then we are talking about banks who seem to follow their version of the UK Law, but hey ho, we shall see what I receive. Where do these Banks get off thinking they can pull the wool over the eyes of us, their customers, and get away with it by hiding behind generic telephone numbers and limiting access to such letters via their app? At least Lloyds send them by encrypted messages sometimes to defunct emails, but no, Barclays are unique—you have to go onto the app to read the Final Response Letter.

THE SHAMBLES OF PREMIER BANKING: SYSTEM SOFTWARE FAILURES AND COVERS-UPS

As a high-street consumer with over 45 years of completely unblemished financial history, I am utilizing the maximum character limit of this platform to formally alert the public to an underhanded campaign of cross-bank data manipulation, administrative secrecy, and malicious customer traps operating within Barclays and Lloyds Bank. Ordinary consumers need to see the raw system data proving exactly how these multi-billion-pound organizations operate behind closed doors to blackball individuals and falsify their regulatory compliance dashboards. Changing the corporate wording does not change the truth.
On 1st June 2026, I opened an account online with Barclays Bank because Lloyds Bank was treating me like a criminal. Lloyds had weaponized their systems to freeze my profiles, completely refusing to specify why, where, or what I had allegedly done wrong. To this day, Lloyds continues to hide behind multiple empty Final Response Letters, using hollow boilerplate phrases while actively blocking my telephone calls the moment I ask for specific routing data. The depth of institutional malice is exposed by the fact that Barclays did not know me from Adam prior to 1st June. Yet, within one single hour of my new Barclays account being opened online (biometrics confirmed at 10:44 AM), Lloyds had already communicated behind my back to pass unverified fraud markers across the high street, instantly poisoning my new relationship and initiating a coordinated de-banking campaign. But by the same token on 17th June hey made me a premier Account Customer from a Classic Customer because they saw had a few quid and they thought we want some of that.
those words and there was no gap to be seen I don’t lie I know what I said I was fuming they had said that to me and his condescending manner was just too much to bear I terminated the call I don’t need to be spoken to as if I am a 2 year child doing a naughty I am a 75 year old lady and I would guess he was not too much younger than me from his voice. He had experience of these things remember he had seen it all before.

On 24th June I ring up because I have what is called a RM21 fraud alert I believe so I ring and get through to offshore agents who tell me they are fraud (*my eye) they have a script they can be anybody any level that suits the particular call Under the guise of "Know Your Customer" (KYC) compliance, offshore handlers routinely demand intimate, unauthorized data, aggressively asking questions like: "Do you own the house you live in, or do you rent it?" Sending the private data of British citizens overseas to regions managing massive digital scam networks while generating false "payment overdue" alerts on successful payment to my Barclaycard due on 14th paid on via DD with Lloyds 14th but this alert comes up days later standing orders makes the blood boil. I do not require your partial hush money, I will sign no NDAs, and I am entirely execution-proof. I rest my case. I could say more much more but I am restricted to a certain number of characters in a Trust Pilot Review but I have been extremely careful not to mention any names because the staff at banks even though they say good morning X speaking how may I help you cannot put that down on here in a review they don’t like it.

Can you tell I am more than a little annoyed with two of the biggest banks in the UK and I guess I am not alone in this it must be happening to hundreds of others who need to speak up. I will try my best to get this out I the public domain not just for myself but for all customers of these banks that have been wronged . Their founders would be turning over in their graves to see how they have decimated the once good name of Barclays and Lloyds

Tenacious 75-Year-Old Account Holder ONCE again Stands Firm Against Corporate Censorship

Does anyone find this funny I post a review it is taken down by Lloyds bank I accept Trust Pilots guidelines I stay within the law and then I post another review on the same subject but this time i get a response we are sorry etc and what dies it suggest get in touch with complaints hahahahah I would not bother wasting your time they will just block your email or a certain person will. You have to laugh. I rest my Case fellow 1 star reviewers of Lloyds Bank you have my backing all the way, I believe every word you all say because I have lived it and i am living it now 4th October 2026. I believe in my heart that you you all speak the truth. To the powers that be at Lloyds something is seriously wrong, The sooner they realise we are not morons the better. We are customers and should be treat as such not as imbeciles that billon pound High Street Bank think they can manipulate to suit their agenda. Sampson Lloyd II would be ashamed that his name is linked this current shower that bears his name and has done since 1759.

Since my on 13th September, this institution has actively intervened to try and suppress my evidence.

They apparently took immense offence because I previously named specific handling individuals on this forum including but not limited to a single first name, an initial with a surname, and the full name of the executive manager pulling the strings behind the scenes.

While countless other one-star reviews on this platform name staff members without issue, it seems this bank panicked the moment their specific identities were anchored to my timeline.

I offer absolutely zero apologies to this bank for stating the facts, but I fully accept and respect that Trustpilot has strict guidelines to maintain, which I am happy to adhere to.

But let the record be completely clear: changing the wording does not change the truth.

Redacting the names does not alter the hard data, the recorded audio wires, or the physical evidence.

The bank ran to this platform to request a total removal because they cannot answer for their documented timeline errors, their internal system contradictions, or their severe failures under the regulatory guidelines.

They wanted my words erased, but my data trail is permanent, downloaded, and unassailable. I am not for turning just like good old Maggie. cheer June

Title: Locked out, ignored, and let down who is really being served here?

I have been locked out of their portal yet again.
My email and password are correct saved in my computer, worked perfectly just days ago. Now it says I’m trying too many times and putting wrong information in and there is no facility to change the password if that is the problem.

This is not the first time I have had to chase for a fresh link just to get in. They say approximately three months for escalation but in my case it is now well past that timeframe and nothing has happened.

Letters they say in the portal letters or requests have been sent to Lloyds but in my case they have simply been ignored by Lloyds and they allow this to happen.

How can anything be escalated when no evidence has been forthcoming from either party? You are the middleman and IT APPEARS THEY SERVE THE BANKS, NOT THE CUSTOMER.

My very first complaint I made was on 22nd May Lloyds denied it for months only on 1h September when I found out the truth from a branch i visited and because i create such a stink they will graciously backdate it to 22nd May yet the final response still improperly refers to matters that happened WEEKS AFTER THAT DATE.

I would not particularly chose the FSO to do anything for me I have previous experience of their service and dont want to use them if at all possible, but it is the only way I can see what Lloyds are saying about me and why they think they have the authority to send my personal formal complaints to a third party BEFORE FINALISING IT UNDER FCA RULES.

FCA HANDBOOK DISP RULES ARE CLEAR A BUSINESS MUST ISSUE A FINAL RESPONSE LETTER FIRST, GIVING THE CONSUMER THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT IT OR REFER IT TO THE OMBUDSMAN THEMSELVES. THE BANK DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFER IT BEHIND THE CUSOMRS BACK

I question who this service exists to protect THE BANKS, OR THE CONSUMER?

Lloyds have no authority to skip the Final Response letter stage and send unanswered complaints directly to hem without first consulting the customer ie the injured party I AM THE INJURED PARTY HERE, NOT THE BANK.

With access blocked, the banks ignoring requests since 12th July, and no proper process followed,
I PERSONALLY WILL TAKE MY CASE FORWARD ENTIRELY ON MY OWN IF THESE MATTERS ARE NOT PROPERLY ADDRESSED AS THEY CONTIUALLY STONEWALL ME AND THAT INCLUDES THE BANK,THE FSO AND THE FCA

FCA favour Lloyds and Barclays over consumers

I rang the Financial Conduct Authority simply to get an update, because both Lloyds and Barclays had failed to respond or even acknowledge any EMAIL I had ever sent them. Nor have they ever responded to EMAILS from the Financial Ombudsman Service according to their portal. And if we as consumers fail to get our evidence in on time, after battling to get onto the Financial Ombudsman Service portal which is "off more than it is on" due to something or other, we are the ones who stand to lose out.
The Financial Conduct Authority had issued me with a private reference number following a particular gruelling telephone conversation with a lovely lady called Angela, which I understand is a "high accolade" from this authority and not given out lightly. But I never actually made a formal complaint against them.
They say I did because agent Gregg, after telling me repeatedly "we cannot intervene", instead of putting me through to someone, passed me to the Complaints Team answering machine. They must get a lot of complaints if they need a dedicated answering machine. Then an agent called Tracy contacted me twice, once leaving a voicemail and the other an actual proper conversation, telling me I had "wasted their time". My simple enquiry was re labelled as a formal complaint, marked "not upheld", and sent back to me via EMAIL.
Further EMAILS between myself and the Financial Conduct Authority were a joke — wrong references, no reference, or indeed just "as before". I ask you, how professional is that from such a "highly regarded authority"? All the while I thought I was getting a good response from the Financial Conduct Authority with my private reference number given to me by the FCA, but they seem to be just like all the others "ignore, and then blame". Basically saying "go away, we do not deal with the consumer, we are here for the banks, and we decide what happens to the EMAILS we are copied into".
I requested a copy of my call with Angela which they graciously supplied last week, but as they are "closed for training on Fridays" I had to wait until the weekend to get the code to access the MP3. I have the recording. I told them if their version of what happened with Gregg was correct, then I put them to proof "let me have a copy of what you claim was said". I have my own record and I want to see theirs.
It is clear they favour Lloyds and Barclays over the consumer. You cannot get through to anyone who will actually help. You get passed around. Promises vanish. They turn a straightforward enquiry into a "closed file" so they can walk away.
One of the runarounds today a lady from Lloyds refused to allow me access or speak about my account because I could not give her the exact amount in my current account. The reason being, they had "blocked my access to the app on my devices". But they never managed to block my access my desktop. And "woe betide anyone who raises their voice one octave" they have a "zero tolerance policy".
Barclays, after weeks and weeks of total silence suddenly decided after I raised hell with Lloyds "oh dear this lady is serious, we must acknowledge the correspondence via our Financial Sanctions Operations Department". Did you know the banks, especially Lloyds, can send things to the FSO on my behalf, against my wishes. They can also "change the dates to suit themselves" in the actual complaint logs. And then when they do, "well past the deadline", deign to give a FRL in my case sent to a "wrong, out of date EMAIL address" they rely on their T & C’s and "state anything they like" in the formal response, whether it happened before or after the date of the complaint, and take into account "their version of what happened" some weeks after the complaint was made.
Mr A, that "blocks every single EMAIL that is ever sent to anyone in Lloyds", and writes "untruths" which "bear no resemblance to the truth", and he knows it You can run but you cannot hide for ever Mr A
Lloyds still keep ignoring me despite Mr A shall we call him because he hates publicity but sent me a letter saying "if I want to take this further get your legal team to ring my legal team". Today I am told at least 5 times that they "do not have a legal team at their HO, so say their main switchboard" If I need to make contact, even in these modern times, I have to write a formal letter and send it in the post in hope that it will handed to the team "the old fashioned way for me but not them .
My only option now is to take these banks to court . They are "untouchable". I will not be told "what I can and cannot do with my own money", nor in my life with "what is left of it". I am not fazed at all standing in court, cross examining the likes of Mr A on his "untruths". We cannot call them lies "it is against FCA rules" but in open court t is not.
Oh dear what a pity they did not contact me sooner then their centuries old reputation would be intact.

TENACIOUS 75-YEAR-OLD WILL NOT BE BEATEN BY THESE BULLIES AT LLOYDS BANK MAJOR MAJOR ERROR LLOPYDS BANK

MAJOR MAJOR ERROR LLOYDS BANK THIS LADY IS AS MAGGIE SAID IS NOT FOR TURNING NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY TO DO YOU KNOW I HAVE THE FACTS NOW JUST OWN IT.
Lloyds Bank contacted Trustpilot and asked to have this review removed, claiming it breaks guidelines. When Trustpilot asked them WHICH part, WHICH sentence, or WHICH fact they dispute — Lloyds REFUSED to say. They provided no proof. They gave no details. Every word I wrote remains true, and they know it. They tried to silence me — and they failed."
Back on 29th July, June R (that’s me, just without my surname) posted a 1-star review titled "REBUTTAL AND REVIEW OF LLOYDS Dynamic Risk Engine failures." After 47 years of perfect, exclusive loyalty, never a missed payment, never a single problem, I was blocked on 22nd May simply for trying to move my own money between my own accounts.I spoke to Hannah in Fraud, who required me to scan my passport and face, even though seconds earlier their machines said "say my voice is my password." Today, 13th September, I still do not have the official reason for this block. They never deign to answer my emails sent initially to Online Complaints on 3rd June, titled High Priority Formal Letter Before Action. Now, the Executive Complaints Team, headed by Mr. Stephen Anthony, gets their postmaster to reject my emails. Mr. Anthony logs defamatory remarks about me in what is called a DSAR, which I requested on 24th June. In that call, I also requested a CIFAS certificate. They cocked that up deliberately because they sent some of my emails to Mumbai—to put it in layman's terms, a cupboard called a Pilot cupboard, never hopefully to be seen again, unless you get a tenacious 75-year-old with a 47-year tenure upstart like me who requests it. Under UK law, they have to provide it.Don’t let them fool you when they say calls are recorded. Fortunately, software can convert audio recordings into text scripts with timings. In that DSAR, which arrived on 21st July across three emails, two contained what they call .wav files. All banks say calls are recorded to cover their derry-ayres, so if you raise your voice one octave, they pull the zero tolerance card. I feel sorry for frontline Customer Services staff; they are limited and not privy to the backend screens. Who do they think they are, MI5?I told them I was sent to another branch, taken into a private room, shown scam awareness videos, and while there, cooperating, they called the police on me. A loyal customer of nearly five decades! A fraud investigation was opened against me on 3rd June. On 13th September, they finally sent a reply via a dead talk21 email address I do not use, hoping I would miss the 6-month Ombudsman deadline. Jacqueline Skelton's letter completely ignored everything I said, started their story on 11th June (the day they unlocked my account), and pretended my complaint began there. They completely erased 22nd May, 3rd June, the block, the trap, and the police. They answered a complaint I never made and said "no mistake was made." But I went into my local branch at Blaydon on 11th September and got a physically stamped piece of paper proving my complaint was logged 22nd May all along.Well, my money is out of their reach now. I have invested it safely into UK shares for my one and only son, my "Little Ray of Sunshine," aged 53 years and 7 months. I will FIGHT LIKE A LIONESS WHOSE CUB IS IN IMMEDIATE DANGER. We will stop this Dynamic Risk Engine and put it in the scrapyard. It is not fit for purpose. It takes just one voice singing in the darkness, and soon everyone will sing. That is from "One Voice" by Barry Manilow, and it says everything. One voice standing up. One voice telling the truth. And then, together, we all make them listen. If any of you have suffered anything untoward from Lloyds Bank, reach out to me. You can find me on Facebook: June Reay. I am prepared to use £10,000 of my son's inheritance, with his blessing, to stand in the Royal Courts of Justice as a Litigant in Person. Lloyds Bank was founded in 1765 by Sampson Lloyd II on an honest promise to hold money in trust. Today, they pay zero interest, hand themselves million-pound bonuses, and dress up theft in a Savile Row suit. I am tenacious. I am 75 years old. And I will not be beaten by bullies.Cheers,June Reay

REBBUTAL AND REVIEW OF LLOYDS Dynamic Risk Engine failures AND response

If I could score less than one i would make it minus over a million after 45 plus years with Lloyds And now a Premier 75 year old Account holder to have been treated with such contempt at the hands of their Dynamic Risk Engine, the multi million pound exclusive to Lloyds AI is nothing more than a bully.
If this DRE were a human then it would suffer from what is laughingly called “Little Man Syndrome”

I have suffered 9.5 weeks of pure systemic torture up to and including just yesterday by blocking my innocent me to me bank transfers already logged as payees on my account.

You apply for CIFAS and DSAR and they deliver the DSAR literally hours short of the UK law ruling that this must be delivered within 30 days and for it to arrive just in the nick of time and be incomplete having been cherry picked behind their closed doors

The lies, the misunderstood comments made during telephone conversations and to be called a scam victim, a person with little or no mental capacity financial or otherwise due to the use of mind altering drugs if you can call taking water retention drugs mind altering drugs then i stand aside and accept their lies.

I have been subjected to nothing short of systemic abuse at the hands of this bank for this entire time and is still going on even up to yesterday 28/7/26 despite being blocked unblocked and blocked again no fewer than around 12 times over this 9.5 week period.

They are allowed to flaunt every FCA rule in the book to continue in business is way beyond me.

ThIs is way beyond my understanding of how banks work behind closed nay slammed shut doors which flys in the face of their caring totally on the side of its customers attitude in its literature both off and online in trying to prevent scams.

They purport to tell the world and his wife that this DRE will help massively in reducing scams for its customers. I personally sold a property late last year when this DRE decided I need protection because this sale is a scam and we must protect her at all cost because she is a 75 year old vulnerable account customer so we must monitor her every move accuse her of being of unsound mind under the influence if mind altering drugs etc etc and basically does not know her arse from her elbow then we must protect her. Protection I would call it persecution then I am sorry I would rather be subjected to the opposite at least those scammers may at some stage be brought to book

The DRE takes control of every minuscule thing you do innocently and turns it into the opposite of their narrative that they have invested millions of pounds of its customers money into purely for its customers benefit.

I could write the equivalent pages of in War and Peace, and still need more pages to tell my story of this systemic abuse at the hands of this DRE AI system.
personally have been subjected to being interviewed by the police for no good reason other than the DRE says so then this customer must be protected at all cost against the imaginary scammers theyu believe are coaching me.

In a nutshell when they place this flag in your account your life is no longer your own. You are treated like a criminal who does know their arse from their elbow and must be protected at all cost

Like i have said i could write War and Peace and still need more space then I think that says enough

Having read the responses of the bank to these one star posts then all I can say is practice what you purport to preach to resolve the issues your customers have posted about and not give the impression that you care because you don’t

If you cared as you say in your responses to these posts then there would be no need for the posts to be posted in the beginning

I say in closing my one star post, treat your customers as human beings with a modicum of sense not subject them constant unfounded scrutiny. You try to tell your customers that you care and that if you do this that and the other the issues they post about will be resolved by the bank If things had been resolved by the bank in the first place then there would be no need for the posts in the first place.

There automated responses are nothing more than lip service to manipulate their figures on trust-pilot and give the impression that the bank cares and will do something about customers safety online when in real life they do not.
I rest my FIRST case your honour .

POSTSCRIPT TO THE READERS: Trustpilot restricts this box to a maximum of 4,000 characters, which makes it impossible for me to paste the bank's full response alongside my story. Because of this space limit, I request that you go look at any other 1-star review on this page. You will see the exact same bog-standard, copy-and-paste response they gave me! They use identical scripts online to look like they care, while their actual systems cause absolute chaos in real life. Go look and see for yourselves.

I FURTHER REST MY CASE YOUR HONOUR

The good the bad and the ugly customer service

Unfortunately causing bowel problems so have ceased taking pills. I contacted company and I cannot praise their response and genuine concern relating to my experience too highly.

It is unfortunate that I had this experience but glad to say I am no worse for wear physically from it.

Unfortunately they despite refunding me for my initial order which the above relates to I opened my messages a couple of weeks ago and found that they had logged me into a subscription. I contacted them and said why would I want a subscription when you have returned? I have returned the goods. I received a refund et cetera et cetera. It is now two weeks past my first initial request to have the cancellation of the subscription and also to refund me my money that they took out of my account for the renewal i.e. the subscription

Along with other reviews I have read here other people are experiencing problems getting their refund. I will be persistent and go on fortunately I paid via PayPal or they took the money in advertently via PayPal. If I don’t receive a refund within the next two or three days then I will take it to Paypal and get my money back that way but they did initially refund the money for the goods because of the problems it caused me and I was very very happy when I wrote my first review obviously since then I’m a little bit peeved it is now 27th May and still no response from them in relation to second part of this review but I shall keep everyone posted regarding the second refund
