Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I contacted Broadway Bus Lines to book a Sprinter van for a birthday celebration. I was told everything was being confirmed and that I was simply waiting for payment instructions. At the last minute, I was told the van was not available after all.
What made this even worse was the lack of communication. My calls and messages were not answered, and I was left scrambling at the last minute to find another Sprinter van for an important birthday celebration.
If you are planning an event, I would not rely on this company. Reservations should be confirmed clearly and customers should not be left without transportation at the last minute.
