Id leave a zero if I could. I bought a car part. Wouldnt fit. Wanted to return the item and they wanted pictures. I sent pictures and now they want me to go buy dial calipers and send pics of the measurement. Im not spending $30 to return a $15 part. Typical stall tactic Never again will I buy from zoro

Ordered an Air Cylinder and received an empty box
I ordered an Air Cylinder from Zoro and when it arrived, I opened the box and there was nothing in it but a packing list. Can't remember this ever happening to me before. I called them and they said they were going to send a new out to me. I haven't really bought much stuff off the internet before and this is why. I guess I will just wait and see if they make good on it. Update 10/14/2026. After calling them and letting them know about the empty box they shipped the cylinder overnight and it arrived the next day. All is good and I would like to thank them for the fast response. I will give them 5 stars now for making it right. Thanks for everything and I will buy from them again.

The product itself was great, delivery wasn’t.
The product itself was great, but delivery was not good. FedEx just left the package out in the pouring rain soaking the box. The driver could have at least placed it in a plastic bag.

Business blocked due to construction
Our road has a construction crew blocking access to our business. The FED-EX driver was walking down the road when one of our guys went and met him to get the packages (3). It is probably 1/4 mile or more, but FED-EX was walking to our business to get us our packages. KUDOS to FED-EX.

Went Above and Beyond To Make Things Right
I'm normally too busy to write reviews, but since Zoro went above and beyond to make things right this week, I felt I should. My order of heavy floor tiles and gallon of adhesive were sent in boxes that were a bit too big without adequate packing. This caused some small damage to the corners of a few tiles. The gallon of adhesive was in a separate box. It bounced around so much that the lid partially popped off, making a huge mess I had to clean up. I told Zoro just to make them aware, but that I don't need a refund/exchange since there was still enough glue for my project and the damaged tiles would just be used as edge pieces anyhow. They disagreed and took full responsibility by refunding the total cost of the adhesive and part of the cost of the tiles. Then also gave me a large percent off coupon code to use towards a future purchase. That's what I call a company that cares about their reputation and unfortunately is more rare these days.

Quick delivery BUT….
Quick delivery, but you selected the wrong carrier. Package left in the weeds 150 feet from house and 5 feet from the street. FedX management does not give a damn where drivers leave packages.
