The performance would have been more enjoyable if it wasn't so loud and if there weren't bright lights and strobe lights shining directly into the eyes of the audience. Also some people would stand u... See more

I’ve never had an issue receiving and pull up my tickets purchased from Ticketmaster. The only issue I’ve had is receiving the resale funds for the Collective Soul ticket in Vegas I sold some time ago. I never received it.🤔
GOOD GRIEF
I almost didnt get good seats because there were so many on sale days but that worked out. However Jamey was the only good thing after that worked out. Absolutely no info I could find online about parking - specifically handicapped or where is best to park for a show. My mom is a big fan of his and has issues walking so she called to get info when she failed to find online details...and we rushed to the venue in response to what the agent said and found everything to be wrong...even a lie!! So we, who dont really gamble were stuck for over 2 hours to avoid a worse parking situation before the doors opened. When we lined up with several others there was no signage only a woman screaming about VIP and how many lines there were....she said 3 lines which became more when the tickets started being scanned after 20-30 minutes of standing there staring at what had to be in excess of a dozen staff lined up across the span of the doors.....granted this was the span of maybe 4 doors....a few bouncing what i realized were drumsticks in their hands.....the way they were doing it I felt like they were trying to dominate the area and growing crowd. the way they acted I thought they had metal detectors or night sticks until my mother clarified to me. Very unwelcoming. When we got in the concession saw another issue that would not be for everyone....my mother is elderly and I am short stature...I have never had such an issue using a card at a venue...I was on my toes and it was very poorly lit. Probably more I cant remember....the show was great -- although ridiculously short especially for the ticket price I paid- everything else was terrible.
For King & Countey concert was awesome
The concert was awesome. Joel, Luke & the band rocked it. They are played all my favorite songs & I loved that they played a Christmas song to kick off the holiday season. We can’t wait to watch their movie & it was great that they gave everyone free tickets for opening weekend.

the ticket buying was clear and easy to follow. The fact that all the fees are labeled in the price is helpful. The scanning in and out for the two preshow activities always scares me that I was going to "lose" the ticket in a scanning glitch if the actual ticket is opened and scanned. It worked flawlessly. I was able to call the customer service number and get the referral to the 3rd party doing VIP packages who then texted and emailed me on a need to know basis when the activities were scheduled and what to expect. I bought my ticket months in advanced and everything went off perfect by show date. Thanks!

It wasn’t made clear when the doors opened vs when the event started. That caused people to have to wait in the rain for over an hour thinking that the event started at 6:00
Teddy Riley New Jack Swing
Teddy Riley New Jack Swing show was AMAZING! Teddy reminds us how extensive his catalog is… We danced and also sang some of our fav love ballads! Would love to see more of Teddy Riley! This was definitely a great experience.

Booking process was easy for my first time purchasing concert tickets.
Ticketmaster
Easy to order tickets. It is helpful to have a venue seat guide to refer to when making a purchase. It is easy enough to pull up my tickets on my phone, but I would feel less anxiety about getting to the concert if I had actual, printed tickets in hand. That I no longer have that option creates discomfort. Ordering is pretty straightforward; however, the handling fees per ticket seem high.
The concert was amazing
The concert was amazing, everyone was great. Entering went smooth. Food was great.
Long time fan
Long time fan. Since paying only $9 a ticket at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum in the early 70’s.
I’m rating on the overall night
I’m rating on the overall night. The line to get in was confusing, as it ended up splitting into 3. There were no personnel outside to direct people. Ticket scanning was perfect. So happy there’s a small food section at Nevermore!
Show was great, with some minor sound issues.
The biggest issue was leaving. If you were over 21, you had to go left and under 21 had to go to the right. But my bf had ripped off his wristband at the end of the show and they wouldn’t let us exit to the left. So we went to the right, where there was a logjam of people just stopped and not moving. It made no sense. 5 minutes of standing there, a guy in a staff shirt started barging through the crowd, so I followed behind. Lo and behold, no one is moving bc at that exit, is the parking ticket kiosk. But no one knows that!
Buying tickets was easy
Buying tickets was easy, the venue was perfect and the band was amazing
Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. The booking process was quick and convenient. Customer service was really helpful with updating my telephone number so I could transfer tickets. The concert was great!
Mumford & Sons set was out of this…
Mumford & Sons set was out of this world: fabulous energy and great musicians. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Price of beers in the VIP lounge (tent in the car park) was utterly outrageous. 23 dollars for a one dollar tin of OK beer. Prices at the KIA stadium itself better value. Felt totally and utterly ripped off by the organisers. Real shame. Thank God for the show!!
needlessly complex
Easy to purchase tickets in the section…
Easy to purchase tickets in the section we wanted. Fees are ridiculous! Fees sometimes make me decide not to purchase tickets. I refuse to pay fees of 1/4 to 1/3 of the base ticket price…pure greed on the part of Ticketmaster!

ticket transfer error message
Family member tried transferring tickets to me for a hockey game. I am unable to accept the tickets because of an error message that I receive 9/10 times when someone transfers tickets to me. I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions, for 30 minutes, called the help line, and was told to try again in a few hours. The game starts in 1.5 hours. I'm tired of this happening.
