Pure scam: product doesn't work; billing is fraudulent; cancel subscription is impossible; information collected is used illicitly and fraudulently. DO NOT SIGN FOR THIS: you will loose lot more than the money they will be collecting non-stop from you; you will expose all the data collected on other people to dangerous use.

I wouldn’t recommend data not accurate. I extended done all what was needed and got nothing trying to get a refund

Very poor, this application does not work. The pricing plan is also very misleading they indicate that everything is contained within a single price. Once you sign up, you then find out that in order to use 75% of the features you need to pay for another package which is twice what you already paid for. Also no easy way to get you money back. Stay away......

Rated zero on the scammometer.. I paid with crypto, it went through properly from my wallet but scamx said there was a problem that requires more funds. I wrote to them, asked for a refund and was ghosted instantly.. still no response.. dont waste your time or assets with them…

This is the best app for this kind of monitoring, I absolutely love how well it does and love when you have a problem and contact support they get back to you in timely manner. If I could give more stars I would!!!!

Not as bad as the reviews say. The “record surround” isn’t live, and there can be an hour gap between the info on the phone and info transmitted to the app.

Helpful didn’t know there was so many extra charges

Absolute garbage. Despite a proper setup, it can only retrieve some basic data (e.g. text, call log) and not even consistently. In the course of a month it “successfully” synced only once and retrieved some photos, videos, app screenshots. It can’t even retrieve installed apps. The target phone was an android.

Not working properly. Moat of the features don't work.

They are a scam, I canceled the subscription the same day, followed every instruction on their page. 2 months and 6 emails still no refund. They are a SCAM stay far away from this SCAM out fit...

The absolute worst purchase I've ever made. It does not work as advertised and don't download all of the data. Just a waste of time. Kidsguard pro is much better than this shit.

A waste of money the only thing that worked was the recording of the surroundings screenshot didn't work and sometimes for the apps and when they recharged me $70 I have no new data that's being collected. I don't know if I have to reset it and reinstall again, which is ridiculous, but I wouldn't waste my money.

I was losing hope after every failed attempt, but Krypteon resolved everything within hours.

Just downloaded app. I paid for a month subscription and it only gave me one day subscription. I also have to pay double the amount advertised to be able to see everything when that wasn’t mentioned at first. It also said it would take 5 mins to instill but now it’s saying it will take over an hour.

This software gives false hopes , from there home user interface , everything looks possible , until when they keep not giving you access even after paying double to get the Extreme Features . There very slow and actually take long hours to response , incase of any email of support required its surely a poor experience going through
