Ease in booking & pleasant assistances from your stafff

Overall booking process was easy and pleasant. Only displeasure is that I was not able to book the room I wanted even if I wanted to pay more. The reason was because I am traveling alone. It is a disappointed for me. However, thanks to your staff who contacted me to explain this.

07.07.25 my son and I started our vacation in Spain Costa Dorada. We have traveled with this company not for the first time, but this time something went wrong! Our trip lasted 30 hours instead of the stated 17 hours!!! 🤯 We were not ready for this physically and even more so emotionally! It was noisy in the bus, many of the passengers could not control their emotions and the children could not sit in their seats because they could no longer remain calm! As a result, we arrived at our final destination in a terrible mood, tired and exhausted. Conclusion: be prepared for anything!

Goedemiddag, dank voor de 3-sterren. Helaas heeft de totale afsluiting van de snelweg voor een enorme file gezorgd. Bosbranden komen vaker voor, maar dit heeft er voor gezorgd dat jullie later op het vakantieadres kwamen. Super vervelend, dat realiseren we ons. Helaas is het echt overmacht. Tot een volgende reis. Goedemorgen, WIFI kan soms echt wel minder zijn, vooral in de hotelkamers. U checkt uit na het ontbijt en in de namiddag/ vroegavond komt de bus. U mag uiteraard wel verblijven in het hotel. Jammer dat het tegen viel. Vriendelijke groet, Karin - Team Solmar

Because I see that you have all what we want for aware vacation.
But please we need a good bed to sleep.
Please I was told that if you go with bus for vacation they not giving you good accommodation.

Service in hotel was not good

Service in hotel was terrible, not good. Administrators were not welcome !
Buses are not comfortable for Tall people !!! No place enough for legs… I am 185 cm !!!

Beste Yuliia, jammer dat het niet naar wens is geweest. Het is eigenlijk een van onze beste hotels. Verder kan ik eigenlijk niks toevoegen aan de melding. Onze bussen hebben prima beenruimte zoals de wettelijk richtlijnen voorschrijven, veel meer dan in welk vliegtuig. Misschien dat u dat anders hebt ervaren, dat kan. In september naar Pineda de Mar…

In september naar Pineda de Mar geweest. De ligging is gunstig, tussen Malgrat en Calella. Het hotel uitstekend. Pineda Palace.
